Everything was perfect! we definitely recommend! Clean, nice stuff, tasty breakfast, absolutely good location:)) ☀️🎉 ! Close to attractions. water , coffee in the rum. Clean bathroom. Irina was really helpful with information about parking 🅿️ place and additional 🙏

I wouldn’t recommend Hotel 38 to anyone. Yes, the location is great. And yes, it kinda is a stantard 3 star hotel. But there is big negatives first being the non-existent soundbroofing of the rooms. We could literally hear it when someone on the next room shut their curtains. The standard rooms are tiny and impractinal. And the breakfast really isn’t great: bread, ham, youghurt, ”omellette” and thats it.

Clean and functional room. Air conditioner remote controller had some issuer for working, but when it goes on it worked. Breakfast included several topics, highly recommodation. Elevator was broken couple times and room was upper floor. Luckily no need to use stairs with luggage. Staff was excellent. Only few steps to public transportation.

Basic accommodation in a busy location in Berlin. Good walkable distance to all attractions, and right across from U-station. I had a very tiny room; not sure what other rooms are like. But shower pressure was great. Hopefully you are not in Berlin to hang out in your room. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and there is no end of dining options in the neighbourhood. Parking and driving is a nightmare around here (as I learned). The best thing here was the breakfast. Amazing selections and lovely sitting area with fresh flowers on the long table.

Average 3 star hotel well located. Access to and from the airport and public transport is easy. The rooms are basic but functional, be warned, some of the rooms have windows into the en-suite from the bedroom, so if privacy is your thing check before booking. Our room overlooked the street at the front and was pretty noisy until the small hours of the morning because there are some bars and restaurants in neighbouring buildings and a tram line on the street. At the time of our stay there was a building site across the street that started up at about 7am each morning. The walls between rooms are wafer thin so noise transfers easily. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs to this hotel. Noise aside, this was an ok hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast is basic but adequate, it's a buffet style set up, the only cooked food is scrambled eggs but you get the usual offering of meats, cheeses, bread, cereals, fruit, juices, canister coffee, yogurts etc.

Disposte it's situated in a street full of pub and restaurants, rooms are very silent, charming and comfortable with isolating windows. Room is a mix between old and modern style, with no frills but full of commodities. The bathroom is spacious, perfectly cleaned and ready to satisfy every needs. Typical German breakfast but with a great choice of different dishes. All the personal is kind and open to any question with a nice smile. Excellent position, near the S subway stop and ten minutes walk from Alexander Platz

Hotel situato nel centro di Berlino, raggiungibile dall'aeroporto con la s9 scendendo a Hackescher Markt e 15 minuti a piedi oppure cambiando a Friedrichstrasse e metro fino a Oranienstrasse. L'hotel si trova appunto sulla Oranienstrasse via ricca di locali e ristoranti. Quartiere tranquillo e molto sicuro. É perfetto per raggiungere a piedi i punti principali della città. L'hotel é essenziale, curato e molto pulito. Un 3 stelle di ottima qualità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere abbastanza ampie, noi avevamo bagno e stanza finestrati. L'hotel mette a disposizione nelle camere macchina da caffè Nespresso con cialde e una bottiglia d'acqua. Nella doccia troverete un dispenser di bagno doccia molto utile se viaggiate low cost e avete con voi solo mini size. Colazione self service preparata al piano terra, c'è un grande tavolo che si condivide con gli altri ospiti dell'hotel. La colazione é varia anche se prevalentemente salata, le bevande calde sono tutte a pagamento. Non é forse il punto di forza dell'hotel ma é più che sufficiente. Prezzo ottimo per la media di Berlino. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per una sosta nella meravigliosa Berlino!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo hotel tre stelle in centro Berlino, a poca distanza dall'Isola dei musei, Alexanderplatz e Friedrichstrasse. Posizione quindi ottimale per visitare a piedi la città, anche se davanti all'hotel ci sono le fermate del tram e della S-Bahn. Camera carina al terzo piano, ben arredata. Bagno con box doccia grande. Dava su un cortiletto dove la mattina si faceva la colazione, con ampia scelta di salato ma poca di dolce. Espresso o cappuccino sono a pagamento, altrimenti gratis il caffè dal thermos. Alla reception molto turn over, personale comunque cortese. Prezzi sopra la media ma era alta stagione

Hotel centralissimo ad un passo dall'isola dei musei e dall' Unter den linden. Prima colazione molto ricca, ovviamente con prevalenza del "salato" (ma c'era anche una torta e un giorno sì e due no i croissant) a buffet (se si ordina il cappuccino si paga a parte: 2,5 euro, che per Berlino è economico). Camera di dimensioni sufficienti e bagno ampio (con doccia). Una bottiglia d'acqua sempre nuova ogni giorno sul tavolino. La camera dava su un cortile interno ed era molto silenziosa. Presente l'ascensore. Pulizia ineccepibile. Attenzione al cliente molto elevata: si è verificato un guasto al tubo della doccia, lo abbiamo segnalato ed è stato immediatamente riparato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Ovviamente i prezzi di una camera in centro (cd Mitte) sono quelli di una capitale mitteleuropea, tenendo anche conto che gli stipendi e il reddito pro capite in Germania sono di qualche migliaio di euro più alti che in Italia.
