Nie Wieder. Es gibt keine Mitarbeiter. Dieses Hotel ist ein Self Check-In. Problem: Es wurde die Check In Daten nicht versendet. Erstmal nicht dramatisch. Wenn jedoch dann per WhatsApp / Telefon und E-Mail niemand erreichbar ist. Horror! Ich musste nach einer Ewigkeit dann im Treppenhaus ein Perso Ident Verfahren durchführen online. Leute die nicht TechAffin sind oder Perso nicht dabei hätten, wären gekniffen gewesen. Ich musste dann nochmals etwas Taxe bezahlen per Kreditkarte online. Her yere kolay erişim sağlayan iyi bir konum. Ancak, otelin konseptinin bir parçası olan resepsiyonu olmadığı için ilk gün bulmak zordu. Ne yazık ki, konaklamamız boyunca girişte ve koridorlarda herhangi bir ön bildirim, özür veya tazminat olmaksızın inşaat çalışmaları devam etti. Automated proecesses for checkin and checkout worked fine, but suggestions regarding local food and such were missing. The room was modern and comfortable with coffee and other essentials, including a set of wine glasses. Appreciated. The location was good, and on day two I found the local restaurants and convenience shops I missed the first day. Within sight of Checkpoint Charlie and close to other big sites.

Мягкая кровать. В восторге от балкончика. Хороший район - вокруг много баров, кофеен, продуктовые магазины. Выглядит всё безопасно. Удобный чек-ин.

Para hacer el checking es online y es un coñazo… a veces falla las taquillas y hay que esperar a que venga alguien… que pueden tardar unos 30min tranquilamente. No hay nadie en recepción… solo horas concretas de algunos días…. Eso si, el dormir allí muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado porque tienes al lado la estación de metro y bus que enseguida te lleva al centro. Limpieza muy buena y siempre te dejan algún detalle para desayunar como cápsulas de café, bolsas de té, patatas, bebida fría en la nevera….

The hotel is close to city center and have lots of food and stores nearby. The room is very fancy and clean, love it and recommended to my friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Berlin! The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions, and the hotel itself was pristine with excellent amenities. From the welcoming staff to the comfortable rooms, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
