The property and rooms were beautiful but due to lack of air conditioning or fans 3 out of 5 rooms were musty and the sheets were damp or wet. Staff were very friendly and courteous and there was a fee for beverages. We were travelling with someone with mobility issues and trying to secure transportation was very difficult and time consuming.

******* have the property as a Pay Later, the booking was confirmed, when I arrive to the property there was no confirmarion because they didn't receive any money, and they didn't have any room available.
So I understand that the property for confirmation requires an advance payment which was not an option that was given to me. Other properties contact you, with these one, it never happened.

Me encanto...lo recomiendo al 100 por ciento, es mejor en vivo y a todo color que lo que las fotos puedan mostrar Un lugar ideal para ir en pareja, conocer y subir a la terraza es imoerdible No logramos alcanzar y probar el coffe break...un buen pretexto para volver 🥰🥰🥰 Muy cerca del centro historico y mercado de Bernal

Este hotel me decepcionó, la relación precio calidad dejo mucho que desear, para empezar el agua de la regadera nunca se calentó, avisamos varias veces a la administración pero no pudieron solucionarlo, ya con clima frío no fue nada agradable bañ**** con agua fría. Por otro, encontramos algunos detalles de limpieza que no son nada agradables como manchas en las sábanas y almohadas, envolturas de condones abierta en los cajones de los buros y calcetines con polvo abajo de la cama. La red del WiFi fue muy débil y la señal del cable en la televisión se corto varias veces. Creo que se pueden encontrar mejores opciones para hosped**** en la zona. No lo recomiendo

Me gusto la limpieza de la habitación. Un poco de diseño en el baño sugiero en la regadera puerta corrediza para q no choque con la puerta del baño. Esa puerta deja salir mucha agua de la zona de regadera

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas. Espacios para descanso. Terraza con vista a la peña. El personal muy amable.
