Complete disaster. Being a DIAMOND MEMBER I was given a standard room, which is what I booked, but was informed I would have a upgrade to a SUITE. As I was checking in my credit card was charged 442.45 suddenly I was told by the young man who’s English was a little hard to understand that that room wasn’t available anymore, I was a little bewildered but I was super later checking in so I said ok as I was very tired from 5 hour flight and a 3 hour drive. As the young man got me the correct room, I was charged 442.45 a second time well my credit card declined it which kudos to them as with most CC a second charge of the same could be fraud, so I used a different card and was charged 442.45. As I get to my room things went from BAD to WORSE the bathroom tub had mold all around it, hole in the wall, chair broke, room smelling like animals, carpet filthy, tv wouldn’t turn on then it wouldn’t turn off once on and top off I woke up the next morning to a rash all over my body. The next day I asked have a different room as there was so many issues with my current room. I was told I had to speak with the manager, so I left my name and number because she wasn’t in until noon. Well noon came and went” no call from manager”as I was doing presentations all day and didn’t get back until late to the hotel again, so once again I asked for a different room and I had to speak with the manager to get one. Day 2 woke up more rashes all over my body and a smelly room. Left my name and number again to be called, no call . So in between presentations I called to speak with the manager, hummmm she’s not in I left a message that I need another room, I also let the front desk know after checking,I was charged the 442.45 on both my cards so I need a refunded on the first card. Well after a whole week of waiting on the manager to call me, I’m wondering if they even have a manager. This is by far the worse stay I’ve ever had here, last year I had to endure a racially, charged counterperson insulting the cleaning staff, and cannot believe the manner in which this situation has been handled. I will find another hotel the next time. I also can’t believe the way this hotel is run I expect better! STAY AWAY!!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!
