The receptionists were very friendly. The room was nice, but the bed was hard. The breakfast wasn't bad. Just wish they had a bigger breakfast area. There wasn't a lot of seating space.

We have stayed overnight on our trips north for the past 2.5 years and tried numerous motels both pet friendly and not.
Our stay here at Best Western on Rowe off 81 will be our stopping off point from now on.
It checks ALL the boxes. Thank you.

The property convenient to the interstste... room was clean and comfortable. Front Desk was very nice and the restaurant next door was very good! We had breakfast there and it was very tasty! I travel that way about every 6 weeks will definitely Italy keep this Best Western in mind!!

This property is positioned at the perfect 1/2 way point
between my home and my parents. It's conveniently
located right off the exit of Route 81, but tucked away
such that you do not hear any of the car/truck noise
from the interstate. The restaurant positioned within
walking distance immediately next to the hotel has
exceptional food.

Rather disappointed
Requested early check in, was on the road for 7 hours. Arrived at noon. Front desk wouldn't even look in the computer to see if a room was available, just told me no, wasnt able to come back to check in after 11pm, so had to change my clothes for the event i came to Virginia for in my car. The pool, which is why we chose this hotel, is directly when you walk in the door, all glass walls, so every single person walking in and out of the hotel, lobby, breakfast area, is looking in while swimming, kind of creepy. Our bathroom wasn't very clean. The floor had debris all over as well as the tile and bathtub, so we didnt shower. The room temperature was SO hot, tried adjusting the temp, eventually turned it off but just kept blasting hot air. We slept with no blankets and were miserable the next morning, barely able to sleep because we were sweating and throats dry as a bone.

Our room was NOT clean. It was obvious it hadn't been vacuumed as there were small pieces of paper all over the carpet. Worse yet we were horrified to see dirt all over the bathroom floor. We complained to the front desk gentleman and asked for another room but the hotel was completely booked. He didn't seem too concerned with us but sent housekeeping to vacuum the room. We do NOT recommend this hotel.
