Stay was ok. Staff were very helpful. Food was really good. I felt that hotel needs serious renovation. Furniture needs to be upgraded. Bedsheets and duvet covers seemed old and worn out. Cleanliness was ok but not upto the mark.

Not a very good hotel. Rooms are very sub standard. Staff is also complacent and shabby. Over all a very average experience.

Issue was the corridor music playing throughout which we have never experienced in any hotels and phone ☎️ ringing in the night......otherwise the property is good and had wonderful stay in bathinda. Thoyou so much. Staff was friendly and served us yummy food .

Hotel rooms are pathetic toilet are not clean. Since was broken and leakage. Dryer plus and dryer was not working. When i am asking for refund they said please contact to your website which one you use to book the room. Highly not recommended to anyone please don't waste your money. It was my one of the worst experiences in hotel. Stella hotel was not clean at all. Rugs are smelling. Bathrooms are not clean. They do polish on the wood so hard core polish smeel every where. Floors are not clean sticky ness on the floor. Electric plugs was broken. And these guys charge me rs i am not at all going to recommend any one in future

Location is out of town so bit difficult to commute. Service is very bad actually. Good quality is just average.

This is my third visit to your restaurant. During my previous visits I personally talked to the manager regarding poor service and quality of food. This time.e again I found so.e one Mr. Sharma as manager of restaurant, I personally met him and try to convey my feedback as a regular visitor . But I m surprised to know that no one bother to improve the image of Stella.. these people defaming g the name of Stella and should be shunt out immediately..as they needless bother to attend the grievances of visitors and even demanded the money even after payments done by us ...I m really a well wisher of Stella's but such person defame your image as well as force us to stop visiting us more to Stella....🙏🙏
