Hotel Good, Room Average, Service not good, we call to Room Service twice than person come to visit, Location is very Good near by Two Lake and Street food you will get near 200mtr on Road, Non veg option so ***y available in Street Food. Reception Staff is good but Service Staff is not good. As compared to Other Breakfast is not up to the mark. Poha is very dry and Sandwich not good in taste. All conclusion for Stay is Average.

It was a good stay, staff was very friendly very good location to stay with family, traffic is too high in the road but the sounds didn’t touched the walls of the hotel well maintained hotel. Reception is also good

Clean room ,good room service ,best part was morning buffet breakfast. Good professional staff specialy front.restaurant staff was also helpful. Food was tasty and fresh.i want to stay again very good hotel.

Actually I want to give it 0 star! A worst place to stay, I don’t want to call it Hotel, actually it’s worst than any *********! Everything’s in the rooms are worn out! Bathroom, wash basin, cupboards, beds, everything dirty, smells bad and tuta futa. Top of all the Receptionist sitting on front desk are arguing like nothing… They have mentioned that there’s Kettle and Tea-Coffee supplies in all room but when I asked her about that, they started arguing that sab khatam ho ***a he lane ka time nahi he. Even they only run free channels on room TV’s and that also after so ***y calls. There room phones are also out of service. They don’t give a single filter bottle as complementary. We ordered dal, chapatis and cauliflower veggie for lunch. But the waiter served us only chapatis and dal, when asked about veggie, he told that I forgot. Theirs Tea, Lassi everything we ordered was worst. We stayed here on recommendation of one of my hubby’s friend, for business meetings. 1000% no no for this place!!!

hotel The Shagun staff is very good, polite & Courteous , service and food also very testy. i must say everyone hotel shagun is idle place for business, Single lady & family travellers ,food ambience everything is fantastic. Very good team the shagun keep it up.

Good room, good food, rooms are sapacious neat and clean, hotel is in centrally located, very good restaurant are available surrounding, I really enjoyed my stay, very nice team the Shagun keep it up.
