I have recently experienced excellent hospitality and service provided by THE FERN RESIDENCY and there staff like Usha, Aditya, and Shimav. It's always great to hear about such positive experiences. The staff at this place are simply amazing and I can't stop raving about them. They are cooperative, humble, and always have a smile on their face. They are ready to assist you with anything you need, and they are incredibly attentive. It's not often that you find such dedicated and caring staff, but these folks truly go above and beyond. Comfortable, clean and spacious room, excellant service by ever smiling and caring staff, and delectable cuisine with outstanding variety. Sunday live music in the melodious voice of Mr Suju Verghese at Symphony over a sumptuous buffet lunch has been a treat in itself. A very pleasant stay indeed.
