The location was excellent, very close to the station. We could easily locate and walk till the hotel. We reached ~11 pm, since our train was late. But we had requested the staff to prepare dinner for us beforehand. They not only had our dinner ready, but also kept it in our room. The room and bathroom were spacious. The only thing that bothered me was that the wash basin was too small and too close to the toilet. Apart from that, everything else was really nice. The breakfast was delicious. I also wished that the cab would come right outside the hotel, but i understand it's because of the location and regulations that we have to walk 150 m till the main road to get a cab. (autos are available more easily.

They don't provide house keeping service. Even linen ( bedsheets) not changed regularly. Electric kettle was there but not working & after several request they changed it.

Stayed on a business trip. Hotel is just besides to railway station, well maintained, courteous & helpful staff.

Water leaking in toilet, bedsheet were torn, bathroom tiles were dirty, washbasin had cracks, room had cockroaches and webs, also the staff was less's

Check in time was at 12. 00
we got room at 7. 30 pm. Even rooms were very untidy. It's not value for money not suggested for any business traveler

Breakfast time in ed-en rock is after 8am, around 8:30. It should be early

One of good property i stayed till date. The hospitality was good. Room was good. Hotel is at good location and very suitable for business travellers.
