Excellent property with great food by chef Roy charming smiling faces of Gyan and Rajesh at the front office and great unobtrusive services at the restaurant by Rahul Adil and team The housekeeper needs a special praise for maintaining the premises so well Compliments to Mr Prashant Lenke for handling of the hotel exceptionally well with his dedication and commitment

This place looked great in on line website, but it is misleading. Similarly their 4 star rating is false. The staff is not empowered to serve their customers. We stayed in room number 403. The bathroom floods. Inspite of promissing to relocate us they failed. Just outside our room they have a stinking storage room without doors. In my sister's room next door the phone did not work. In the third room there was no water. The staff was ill prepared to act as they have to get the ***agement to ok every action. The GM was not accessible, nor he made any attempt to rectify the problem. Never again i will be fooled like this.

The hotel being situated close to National Highway, provides convenient and good stay for someone traveling to onward destination. With friendly staff at the service and clean rooms we had pleasant one-night stay on our to and fro Journey to Vishakapatnam. The hotel authority need to consider availability of some desert items in their Breakfast spread.

Very nice hotel at centre of Bhubaneswar. Bar staff very good mostly lenka. House keeping staff suresh, fo team Rajesh they all take responsibility to make memorable our trip. I always give suggestion my colleges to stay here

I am very much satisfied with house keeping ( especially Mr Suresh incharge of house keeping) hospitality and food taste also very nice nice ambition nice cooperation with reception team totally awesome

This is a really good hotel, the food, staff behavior and ambience everything is really good, staff listens and understand your needs. I recommend this hotel everyone who is looking for a decent hotel in calm locality in bhubaneswar.

It was a nice experience at the living room i went with my fiancee. I tested several dishes like fish wasabi,sizzling chilly chicken specially enjoyed the staff behaviour and the ambience.overall it was a nice experience will recommend everyone to visit the presidency..

Internet connection was not ok and wifi signal was very poor in inside the room but room was ok and for breakfast we have to go to other building and price is too high for stay and breakfast but staff behavior and services was more than excellent.

HORRIBLE RESTAURANT DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. MISLEADING INFO ON SEARCH ENGINES. My husband and I came to this restaurant to have lunch earlier this week. We entered the premises had a bit of a roam around to find a good seat but all throughout nobody even acknowledged our presence (mind you we were the only customers in the restaurant). The staff were just passing us as if we weren't there - including the ***ager/supervisor (which we assumed since he was wearing a suit) who just stayed at one corner on his mobile. The server came to our table and just handed out the menu without even uttering a single word to us and left. Originally, we planned on having a full course meal but opted to just order starters because we wanted to leave as soon as possible. The quality of the food was not impressive and definitely not up to how much they charge for it. When we tried to have some water from the bottle on the table, my husband realized that the cap was not sealed. The entire thing came off including the ring which is supposed to be left on the bottle when you break the seal. He explained to the server that the cap was not sealed but he was not understood properly, he confided with another guy at the bar who seemed just irritated we were making a fuss over a water bottle. Eventually my husband went up to him to try and explain that the bottle was not sealed but all he was saying is we had to pay for the bottle since we already "opened" it. Paying was not the issue we were more than willing to but just a simple acknowledgement of our concern would have made a big difference. We paid our bill and just wanted to get out of that place immediately but 'till the end nobody even said thank you to us. I think we would have been able to justify the horrible service if it was a stand alone restaurant but what's even more disappointing is that it's under what supposedly one of the "best hotels" in Bhubaneswar which should be the best places where we can experience QUALITY SERVICE. My husband and I have both established careers overseas under hospitality so we know how tedious each and every detail is behind the scenes. And we could tell just how much effort was exerted in the ambiance of the place and the menu which was well thought of. But it's just so sad that the efforts of these people behind the scenes are wasted because they've chosen the wrong people at the front lines who directly interact with their guests.
