This was a great though compact apartment in a very nice and chilled city. It's convenient to the airport (€20 taxi ride) but about a mile off the beaten track for restaurants and shops. It was very hot when we were there so uncomfortable for us and sadly there was no air conditioning which made sleep difficult. However it was spotlessly clean and very much to our needs. We were disappointed with the one breakfast we booked as it was quite poor and amounted to a very basic yoghurt, muesli, croissant fare with no cereals or hot food or even cold meat or cheeses. Overall we were delighted with our stay as the staff were friendly and helpful and it was great value for money.

I tried calling to make a booking. I am visiting as a tourist from South Africa. As soon as the receptionist answered I politely asked if they spoke English, he just hung up the phone in my ear. I tried calling back twice but he left it ringing and to go to voicemail. I should have taken the reviews on Google seriously when they said the staff give bad service but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt.

The location was good, right next to the sea so brilliant views.
The apartments were dated but fine for a short stay

Excellente prise en compte à notre arrivée suite à un problème de réservation via la plate-forme PVPC. La réceptionniste fut bienveillante et à l'écoute. Les propositions furent tout à fait adaptées. La suite du séjour se déroula de la même manière.

Appt 26 agréable cependant échelle pour accéder aux couchages dangereuse. Une douche serait plus adaptée plutôt qu'une baignoire. Literie confortable. tres belle vue depuis le parc de la résidence sur la mer et les montagnes . Résidence un peu excentrée de Biarritz mais sur la route de l'Espagne

Problème au niveau de la porte d'entrée de l'appartement qui nous avait été attribué mais la personne de l'accueil nous a relogé sans problème et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
A signaler tout de même : Etat moyen de certaines huisseries mais rien de grave.

Juste bien, je connais dans le même groupe des résidences plus agréables où lorsque l'on réserve un studio 1 chambre on ne se retrouve pas avec 2 lits cabines et 1 canapé lit seulement mais 1 vrai lit 2 personnes ! Que dire du confort de la literie du canapé.... Horrible et grinçant, le frigo gémissant la nuit à côté de vous.
Pas le luminaires allumés dans le parc alors que la nuit tombe à 17h30 et que les allées mènent aux appartements, obligé d'utiliser la lampe du téléphone ??? Le personnel qui ne s'étonne pas du disfonctionnement du micro-ondes (on ne sait pas le faire fonctionner..lol) et le fait de trouver un bol non lavé rangé du locataire précédent à l'arrivée, bof...bref nous avons écourté de 3 nuits tellement le studio 4 personnes etait glauque sans vue sauf sur les voisins d'en face! Bref je préfère Anglet ou Socoa.

Notre court séjour dans la résidence s'est très bien passé, l'appartement correspondait très bien à la description et à nos besoins.

Pour la 3ème année consécutive, nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette résidence idéalement située pour ne pas prendre sa voiture ! Les appartements rénovés gagnent en surface utile grâce aux rénovations. Certes, les marches extérieures auraient besoin d'une bonne réfection mais espérons que cela se fera sous peu. Le personnel (accueil, entretien) est très agréable ! A l'année prochaine !
