The location is great right by the water. The 2 bed condo is very large and very fun during the day although feels a little creepy at night, but maybe that's just because of the area we're in. It would have been cool to be able to go up to the attic since it overlooks the living room, but perhaps that's not accessible for safety reasons.

Location was great. Honestly I would not book again. Building 3 had a fly trap but it just attracted all the flies and anytime we’d open our door we’d get about 5 flies into our room.
Cleanliness is the reason why I wouldn’t go back. I got bed bugs as well. I slept with my children in the room so specially that bed, but my husband slept on the pull out couch (super thin mattress and uncomfortable, which is expected unfortunately) but he didn’t get bed bug bites.
The only good thing is that we were there for Fourth of July and being lakeside the view was amazing both morning and evening.

We had an excellent enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s literally walking distance to the lake and the community per se it’s a convenient and perfect place to spend time with the family in beautiful Big Bear.

I reserved Lake view apartment but the hotel didn’t Gave us lake view they gave us parking lot view 😕

Great property , rooms were perfect except for our bed . It was pretty shot out . The head area of the bed was flat as can be but overall room was great , had everything you could need for making meals .Employees were nice and the game room was awesome . This is a nice friendly resort that I highly recommend .

Had another great stay. Told desk about a few little room issues but only complaint, still no towels at the hot tub.

I love the location of this property and have stayed here many times.
This time, however, it was not near as clean as we've come to expect:-(

Stayed 3 nights during President Day weekend, room was smelly, bathroom was not properly clean, had to ask for baking sodas to help with the smell because housekeeping didn't want to clean the room again.
Management also refused to switch room, citing rooms are sold out, but room next to ours were available way later in the evening, they should have put us in that room and clean our room again.

It is nice to have 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom setting. It is NOT nice to have bathroom tap handles stuck and nearly falling off. A nice lake view is a poor compensation for the extremely noisy central air fan.
