This hotel is right between the airport and the mall, with all sorts of stores and restaurants available just a brief ride down the road. This is an incredibly clean and well maintained property. A great option to rest as you travel the I-86 corridor. Note that the main entrance faces the mall.

Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Good place for an overnight or a few nights stay. Breakfast service is a bit slow as with everywhere else, they are understaffed. Nothing special about this hotel, but it is a solid Hilton property for a good nights rest.

Great customer service from the staff at this hotel. Helped with an issue and were just wonderful. Ideal location to stay in one spot and see multiple things like Watkins Glenn, letchworth, corning, to name a few.

Standard Hilton Garden architecture. Advantages of this hotel include: 1. If your destination is Corning, there are few hotel options there. This hotel is on the west side of Elmira, so you're only about a 15 minute drive from Corning on the expressway. 2. Friendly service and comfortable rooms 3. Close to the Elmira/Corning Airport 4. Plenty of nearby shopping and dining

Location: Very nice and quiet location, our room looked into countryside, not the typical location beside a large highway. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, Rooms: Clean, but needs some changes (e.g. sofa worn out), Highlight is the breakfast! The kitchen is preparing a truly great breakfast (this is much above average of Hilton Garden Inn). Service for breakfast is very friendly. Unfortunately, Hot Tub in the pool area was broken/ out of order.

Stayed in this hotel one night while traveling south, hotel conveniently located close to Hwy and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping places. Parking and WiFi were free, breakfast was offered at extra cost however but we chose to go to Crackle Barrel. We had a small inconvenience in our room and was quickly resolved by a wonderful lady at the front desk Lori, so it turned into positive experience. Wood recommend this hotel.

Staff was loud, unprofessional early in the morning. Yelling loudly up and down the hall beginning around 815am. Checkout was 12pm, yet tried to come into our locked room at 945am. Blood on the sheets. Pool dirty, piles of dirt on the bottom. Wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. Better hotels in the surrounding area.

This hotel used to be better quality. A nice get away. Now it’s a place where people go to party on weekends. Definitely can’t rest there. Other guests are so loud and drunk…Wont be returning!!!!!!! :(
