From the moment you arrive to drop your car at the secure parking the level of care and service starts. The staff are all amazingly trained. Little things like “ can you remind me of your room?” makes you feels like they already know you. Good is amazing, particularly the breakfasts. Only a small hotel but one of the best. Can only give positive feedback. Well done to all of the team at the hotel.

Our visit to Burgh Island was absolutely amazing. From the moment you arrive, the service, location and attention to detail is outstanding. We loved every minute can’t wait to return.

We had there afternoon tea with friends and we cannot feel more welcomed. Delicious food (sandwiches, pastries, warm scones), nice place, possibility to see everything around and great staff, especially Vlado and Martina - I definitely want to come back one day!

wonderful views from this small island off the main beach at Bigbury. The hotel is charming and has beautiful decor and fittings internally - although, externally, the property could do with some redecoration and refurbishment

This was our second stay and the place is just amazing, the staff are great and it is a very unique hotel. However the exterior particularly is in need of some TLC as it is starting to look very tired. A good coat of paint would go a long way!

Flawless from checking in to dining out… we loved every moment of our stay here and took home memories to last a lifetime. We felt spoiled and special, sipping champagne and listening to jazz music. Strolling round the cliffs at sunset. Listening to the sea in the morning. I’ve never stayed in such a uniquely magical place.

Thé location and decor of this hotel were amazing - lovely art deco charm. Service was super. The food was fab. It was great to wander about the island then come back to the garden for a G&T. Dinner was wonderful. Our room had a lovely balcony with great views too.
