I've been staying in Bilaspur for the last 6 to 7 months.This is my first time to visit this hotel for bengali New year purpose.firatly I'm shocked they made it at bilaspur mini jodu babur bazar.food like mouth tempting. All staff are very courteous and helpful.those are not staying in Kolkata and miss kolkata like me please visit once. Money wise also not so costly . Thanks again

My stay at ananda imperial was an exceptional experience to begin with.The elegant decor, impeccable service and comfortable rooms exceeded my expectation.The staffs were attentive and accommodating, ensuring a delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Firstly, let me mention that I am a regular business traveller within India ans abroad. I am yet to come across a terrible hotel for customer service as Ananda. We were family of 22+ members travelling with a halt in Bilaspur so we booked 10+ rooms. On departure, the hotel reported towel damage in one of the rooms. A member of our family had washed her hair and there was some color to the towel from that wash. Let mention that we were in a 5-star property in Mbai right before this for four nights, and the hotel did not charge for the 4-5 towels that were used during the stay. Before that, the family member was at a Hyatt in Miami, and the hotel did not charge. Because hair color is NOT per***ent damage. It will only need a wash with bleach. The front desk insisted we pay. Please remember that at this point, we had spent almost 1 lakh for one night stay (rooms + food). They insisted we pay 826rs, which I paid. I insisted that they connect me to the general ***ager. They refused. They connected me with some Sujan Mallic a lowly front office executive, who started charging me and telling me that he had just started his career, etc. I wasn’t surprised because with this behaviour because his boss - some *** called Vidya - came from the back office, and said that he can’t give back the money. And he also refused to connect us to the GM. It was almost like he was chewing paan and talking to us. I am not surprised because if men like Vidya are in-charge of the hotel then Sujan, niti and others are not getting the training they need to progress in their careers. The hotel is just equipped to deal with nothing. At this point, I was completely shocked - we had to move on to the next destination. However, the hotel will certainly be taken to the consumer court because they tried to hide that that they had taken the charges for the towel by writing the bill as ‘souvenir’. So, they cannot be taken to court. Imagine. They did not write ‘towel Damage’. They’ve given us a bill with towel written on it upon insistence. You can imagine what kind of a hotel is this. I doubt that the money they’ve taken for ‘towel damage’ is for that or something else. I won’t put this shady hotel past anything.

Extremely customer apathetic I have this unfortunate scenario where I booked rooms here for an occasion but due to a medical situation, we could not occupy. A partial refund would have made sense given that the amount spent was huge. And also because the reason was a medical situation. But they were adamant on refusal. We paid for three rooms for three days and the entire amount was never returned. They even made me go through an unnecessary cycle of approaching the agent MMT when the original refusal was from their end. I would have stayed at Ananda for several times had they understood the meaning of true customer service but this is a hotel purely bothered only about money. They really do not care about you as a customer having a lasting experience. Whatever little positive impression I had about them so far, is done and gone. I advise the future travellers to be careful and avoid this place. If they can be so much money focussed and ruthless even in a medical situation, I think every other expectation from them will likely fail. Don't expect much and don't book here. They are inflexible, customer apathetic and are least bothered about you if any emergency scenario arises.

The room interior, hygiene,room services were excellent with high class of hospitality. Food quality were also up to the mark. Mr. Gaurav and Ms. Niti are very nice and welcoming........... we will come back again

Everything is excellent. Staying in this wonderfull hotel is a lifetime experience. I stayed in room no. 108 and that was an outstanding room with attached balcony and staff was very good Niti and gaurav was very helpful thank you

Nice location sufficient parking space food was good in terms of taste and quality all staff was curtious, room service all are good special thanks of staff Gaurav upreti ms niti khanna and front desk overall pleasant experience 😁 amazing stay

The property was very beautiful and vintage. The rooms are very spacious and with good amenities and cleanliness. The staff was very cooperative and helpful The check-in and check-out was hassle-free and faster Would mention the staff name Niti and Gaurav was very professional and they guided me well...

Everything was so good. Environment, staffs and specially the food. A very warm reception from alk the staffs. Special thanks to Niti, Sumit, Gourav. Upreti It wad very memorable experience from all of our team members One last thing- the TV wad not working. Other than excellent.
