Staff was very friendly! They were very accommodating when i found out i needed to stay an extra night, i was able to book another reservation thru ******* and keep my same room! Hotel has a ****** that i went to the second night and had some luck $$! Will definitely be staying here again!

Stay was good, driving from Kansas to Alaska and just needed somewhere to stay for the night.
Only complaint was that there was lipstick left on one of the towels. Other than that everything was great. The restaurant for breakfast was amazing! and the server was the best part of the whole stay. she deserves a raise!

Do not book this hotel. Partying all night, calling security only made it worse. Not a family friendly as advertised. Front desk gal was lovely the 1st and 2nd time we complained, she was great—she just needs a better place to work. We were assured ******* and management would make it right. However when a refund was requested we were denied by both claiming we didn’t make any complaints that night and ******* saying the hotel REFUSED our request. What a scam.

I had to attend a meeting the day after my stay and it was nice to just get up and go. Some of the building needs a little repair, but otherwise it was great.

TV quit working after awhile but the weather was below zero so could have been the service. Clock/radio/alarm was broken.
Shuttle driver and night desk clerk were super helpful. Nice hotel.

It was a great area for Billings and hospitable. Cleanliness was prevalent in the room and by the cleaning staff in the morning crew. Floor and bathroom was clean enough to feel comfortable walking around without NEEDING socks on. Nice a**osphere and felt safe. Staff was efficient and accurate in answering all my questions being first time travelers.

Always a wonderful time with the family enjoying the pool and water slides! Staff is nice! Hotel is clean. Our first choice of hotels in Billings!

Only problem I had with handicap room was the bathroom. Wasn’t accessible in any way, had a sliding door which was hard for my mom to open and shut and it went off track. Bathroom was very small. No room for a wheel chair or even a walker
