Check in was friendly and quick, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, no complaints. I will stay again the next time in Billings .

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We got there suite room so it had a small kitchenette with dishes so we didn’t have to eat that much.

Had issues with getting charged both by the property & ******* (paid in advance)
Good hotel. Two burner electric stove and kitchen appliances a nice feature, but didn’t utilize

Rooms need more thorough cleaning. Toilet was not clean & blood on wall/ floor in bathroom.
Bed & pillows were decent.

The staff here is wonderful and they even take the time to learn a little about your visit. Our room had a heater that wasn’t working, so they immediately were able to move us to another room where it was functioning correctly. Very accommodating!

All employees were very professional, kind, courteous, and respectful. Room was overall clean and neat. potentially no other people in other rooms. but everything was pretty quiet for my entire stay.

It depends on what you are looking for. If you want a clean room with a kitchenette with pans and silverware and a full sized fridge this is a good place. They don't clean the room during the stay but that was ok with me cuz all my stuff was undisturbed. Basic but i liked it a lot and there was no smoke smell in my room at all.
