Palace ****** is a smoke free ****** in Biloxi. Rooms are nice, common areas are starting to look a little dated. Easy parking in garage across the street and third floor has walkway from parking garage to hotel/******.

The restaurant in the ****** (Stacked) had very delicious food. But what impressed me the most was the professionalism of the staff. They were very friendly and appeared to be enjoying their job. This made dining there a real treat.

The hotel itself was 'okay' at best, but the beds were awful! They were extremely hard, no pillow top at all.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable, but figuring out how to get around in it was very difficult. The elevators were almost hidden. The restaurant that is open for breakfast and all other meals was way back behind the ****** and very difficult to locate. Apparently it was planned to that visitors have to go through the ****** everywhere they need to go and without concern for visitors finding their way around.

The picture and description of the room having a city view is not truthful. The view from the room was all back views of buildings and roof tops. Very disappointing.

As a woman traveling alone, I prefer to stay at the Palace over anywhere else. I feel totally safe, it is perfectly clean and comfortable, and everyone is so nice and helpful there. The restaurants provide a great selection and once I arrive, I don’t have to leave for my meals.

We stayed here because it is a non smoking ****** and we were very pleased. We will stay here everytime we are in Biloxi. The staff was very helpful and the buffet was the best around.

The staff were incredibly friendly, it is a smokeless facility and that makes all the difference in the world to my wife and myself. Will come back for sure
