The facilities & staff behaviour were very good. The room was neat and clean. The food quality was very nice.

Worst possible experience. Booked best room at high price. AC not working. Room service horrible. No help from the front office. Have to leave after a night even after paying for two days. Nothing refunded. Avoid this horrendous property or else they will convert your holiday into nightmare

Location is away from town and in the middle of khoai haar .
Food is average, not so good.
No such amenities is there available , wifi is also not worked properly, in the resort phn line is very disturbing and I am not able to phn anyone and I have to walk 2km away from the resort to avail phn call properly.
Services are very poor, the behaviour of the manager and the staffs are not annoyed me. Overall my experience is very bad 😔

And not Shantiniketan, if you want to stay in Sonajhuri, you have to stay in Ram Shyam Village. The location is really great, the rooms are good, but the service is a little late, every food is delicious, but you have to wait a little longer, what else. You have to sort yourself out, the whole thing. The most important thing is to meet the owner of this resort, he is a very nice person. Ram Shyam Resort is for those who want to live in luxury, swimming pool, may have a little difficulty, but want to enjoy Madal, Baul, smell of soil, marketing, 👍🏼

Well stay, good atmosphere of the hotel, service and food also good, resturant staff behaviour are good, i find the properties from makemytrip, thanks to makemytrip

Stay was good! but not so satisfying. Rooms were clean. But bed sheet could be better in terms of clean. Bathroom was too small. No fridge in the room ( when i booked, they showed there was fridge in room) food : we ordered a plate of fish finger ( quality was awesome) but the mixed fried rice, chill i chi-ken was on average. Breakfast as per menu card wasn't available. But the thing that impressed me. Is behavior of the staff's. They were so friendly & professional. As per my opinion. The room price i paid for this stay was. A bit high. 500-600 less would be justified.

It was a good experience. What i liked the most was that the rooms had a earthy touch and smell. The food was also good. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. The location is also perfect as it falls in the middle of the hat. The only part that bothered me was that the wifi connection was pretty shaky and did not serve the purpose esp when the mobile connections did not work in the middle of the woods. Apart from that the experience was pretty good.
