Premier Inn Blackpool (Bispham)

Very helpful staff. Cancelled our inadvertent double booking and provided contact details for Customer relations (who were also very helpful) to arrange refund. A lamp bulb wasn't working and another member of staff obtained a spare and fitted it. Staff all very pleasant and good ambassadors for their employer.

We use Premier Inn a lot and again we had no issues having decided to book this one. From checking in to checking out we had no problems with any staff the room or anything. So booking an evening meal at check in we arrived at 17.30 and chose 8oz Steak meal with chips and sides. Sue's steak my perfectly cooked medium rear as was mine. However my steak had more gristle than steak so having eaten what I could. I then pointed this out to our server when she cleared our plates? She apologised but made no offer of a discount? We ordered a shared desert which could have been free! But no my bill offered no discount so I paid the full price! The following morning we returned for pre booked breakfasts x 3 and had no issues or problems each morning. But having been offered not to pay for the steak meal or taking off our desert in other Premier Inn places before as I said we have used then many times in other locations this I found not the usual customer satisfaction we were used to! The Hotel couldn't do enough for us and we had no issues or problems at all. So maybe best to eat elsewhere or give the steak a miss Thanks for reading

The welcome from reception was friendly and extremely helpful. This is the first time travelling business in 8+ yrs that I was told about adding on/upgrading to a meal deal, which can still be done even if it’s pre paid in advance. Richard and “Trainee” Susan were outstanding- the best welcome at a premier inn I’ve had around the country. Chatty, friendly, helpful, and efficient! The beefeater next door is alright too- food good and decent. Abby on the bar again was so helpful and friendly. The car park is large and included for guests which is good. Not here for the beach but on business trip- however it would be about a 25 min walk to Bispham Beach.
