The Highfield Private Hotel

This was the second time we had stayed at this lovely family owned hotel. Jay and his mum made us feel very welcome. We stayed in the same room as before which is a nice family room with a double and 2 single beds. A quiet location but nice and close to the tram stop for Blackpool. As usual very nice breakfast. We will stay for a 3rd time in the future !!

Booked a last minute stay with my husband and young kids 2 and 4. We stayed in a family room. We arrived quite late and were made to feel welcome and shown our room right away, we were given help with our bags which was much appreciated. The family room we were in was well sized and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was modern. It was tidied and bins emptied while we were out on the second day which was nice. Breakfast was enjoyed by all of us, with full English and cereal available and tea / coffee and juice. Smaller portions were available for the kids. Order taken when we arrived at the table and served quickly. The staff are lovely and really friendly. There is on street parking. The hotel is easily accessible by tram which we used each day we were there. We hope to stay here again.

Hotel was fine, host Jay and his family couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was Lovely, rooms nice and clean, will definitely stay again. Don't let location put you off as all day tram and bus fare is only £6 for the day.

Absolutely lovely hotel, clean, bed linen spotless, tidy, tea/ coffee replenished when required, very quiet and situated well for going along promenade. Tram stop right near to hotel. Very accommodating nothing was a problem to Jay or his mam

This is our 2nd time here it’s such a wonderful hotel, so very very clean breakfast is fresh great quality and cooked to perfection. Rooms are spotless bedding and beds comfortable towels fluffy and smell lovely, Thankyou very much for a wonderful stay xxx

My wife and I stayed here Saturday and Sunday and we cant praise it enough Run by family, husband, wife and son such lovely and polite people Room basic but very clean and breakfast in the morning was very nice Would I stay again ? 100% Yes a great b & b at a good price John

I stayed here for a weekend recently. From checking in to leaving I have to say that it was fab..!! This is a family run business. Jay (the son) was very welcoming and his Mum's breakfasts are amazing 🤩 I was offered extra food each morning but politely declined as the plate was full enough already..!! The room I had was a single but adequately sized, the bed & pillows were very comfortable, the sheets and towels were bright white and the bathroom was spotless....!!! Such a lovely family....❤️ I would definitely recommend The Highfield Hotel to anyone wanting somewhere to stay for a weekend in Blackpool. The nightly rates which included a Full English Breakfast are excellent..!!The decor is a little dated but to me that adds to the charm of a B&B in Blackpool ❤️ Jay's Mum told me that the George Formby Fan Club have stayed there every year for 18 years....if that's not a wonderful testament to the wonderful people and the service they provide then what is...!!!! Keep up the good work....I'd definitely stay again, 5***** service and breakfasts all the way...!! Thank you for a lovely stay....🙂

Wow, what a hidden little gem, bed really comfortable, who owns it couldn’t do enough for you, took my suitcase up the flight of stairs , catered for Gluten Free breakfast, had a little problem sorted no fuss, room comfortable, lovely shower cubicle, 2 minutes walk to a tram, next to the Cliffs very easy to find, really enjoyed my stay

Amazing hotel.great breakfast. Run by a lovely family. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable beds. 100% recommend for families and couples. Really quite hotel you always get a Great nights sleep. Tram stop is across the road it's really convenient also easy access to the beach
