Comfy bed. Lots of little extras even got Blackpool rock. Lovely breakfast and nothing was a problem. Great location, 10minutes walk to the sea front. Friendly staff. Parking was a bonus. Could see the tower from the bedroom window which was lovely on an evening.

This was our 3rd visit here and as usual can’t fault it , ideal location close to everything, breakfast was great plenty of choice nice cosy clean rooms. We chose the right weekend with the weather and a bonus of the good free bonfire display. See you next year

Really comfy room. Friendly hosts. Clean throughout. Perfect location to get around Blackpool (kind of in between north & central pier) breakfast on all three occasions was outstanding and you got a few different options each morning. If you’re going to Blackpool, just stay here, you won’t at all go wrong.

Super hotel. 1st class professionalism. Spotlessly clean. Very warm and welcoming and extremely accomodating. You certainly get what you paid for. Breakfast was amazing with a superb choice of drinks and food. Excellent location. Thank you Janine and Tim

Wonderful stay at raffles hotel the owners were so kind, when they found out that it was my birthday they left me a bottle of celebrations chocolates in our room and they also gave us a lift to the station,upon our return home.They cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one.

Hotel location is ideal, service was great and owner was very welcoming. Love the additional touches like the slippers, the water, the make up remover clothes, the toothpaste/toothbrushes, the Blackpool rock - all lovely touches. Beds very comfy, room was quite hot but a fan was provided and did the job.

The hotel is welcoming from the moment you enter the door. Charming interior The hosts are fantastic and pay attention to the details you wouldn’t think about or expect. Lovely room furnishings and excellent power shower ! Comfortable relaxed stay Definitely going to return!

A great stay. This is the 3rd time my son and I have stayed here for Rebellion. It’s a lovely place with fantastic hosts who make you feel very welcome. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Comfortable beds, a super shower, clean rooms and a good breakfast.

Very clean, great breakfast, very polite & helpfull employees, very central location. I stay here every year for Rebellion Festival and I have always been treated very well. Staff take great care to ensure your stay is pleasant. I would highly recommend.
