Room is good. Extra bed for kid is perfect. Quality match the price.

We had a very nice stay at Holiday Inn not far from the Airport. We arrived by a free shuttle, you only have to call the hotel and they come and fetch you. The rooms are quite large, the bedding clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was classic but had a rain shower. We liked a lot the swimming pool and the staff, they made us feel at home and gave us some tips to visit in Toulouse. We had a good experience!

Have stayed here several times over the years and will happily return again. Reasonably close to the airport (though not really walkable). Just a 5-minute drive. Ticks all the boxes for a work trip without any unnecessary luxuries. Rooms are quiet - even the ones facing the main road. WiFi fast and reliable. Free parking. Rooms clean. Breakfast o.k. Restaurant has a choice of French and international dishes, with the sort of quality and presentation I would expect in France. A special mention to Alexandrine at the front desk - who could not have been more helpful - and Neil in the restaurant for great service and advice.

The hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. Ok, the weather was good for walking from the airport to the hotel (about 1.4 km). I expecting there is an airport view, but they provided me a room from another side of the hotel. I chose this hotel, because of the Steak House that they advertised on their web page. However, the Steak House was closed on the day I arrived there. The hotel room was spacious, but not very well equipped. The mini-bar included only one bottle of water. The bathroom amenities were minimal. The hotel did not appreciate my Spire Elite status at all. When I asked about it, they provided me the Welcome Amenity Voucher with a Gold Elite benefit instead of Spire Elite. I asked why. The answer was "Yes we know you are a Spire member, but we are not allowed..."! When I asked for taxi, they suggested I will share a taxi with another customer since it is very difficult to get a taxi there. The breakfast was fine, but the hot breakfast was finished 15 minutes before closing. Fortunately, they made me couple of fried eggs upon request.

The room was too hot and the A/C control did nothing to adjust the temperature. the mini-fridge was removed from my room - probably was broken and not replaced. The staff at the front desk couldn't care less - I called to report 1-2 issues with the room, never heard back unless I called again. I asked for an e-copy of my bill, gave my email address, never got one. The IHG wed site is primitive - no e-copy of the bill, no way to contact the hotel via email. I could go on and on. the only bright spots were that the room was clean and the breakfast was good - I guess I should be thankful for the room being clean. If you are American, just go with an American hotel brand - European ones are just "not there".
