We loved that the hotel is IU themed and apart of the campus. Plus there were a lot of food and amenities within the building.

Stayed overnight for the IU /PU basketball game.
Was hoping for better food options after the game.
Only found vending machines and the room service required an appointment from what we could tell.
Otherwise the hotel was great.

Housekeeping is always friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Don’t particularly care for the doors for the bathroom. Front desk never smiles, not inviting. This is my second time at The Biddle and as the first time, NO SMILES.

My experience was good. Everything was cleaned and well maintained. Pillows could have been better, but happy with everything else.

Was dropping daughter off for 2nd semester and catching a Hoosier game (win against OSU!) and this was a great location on campus. Was able to walk back after night game and avoid parking lot. Room was very nice and rest of Union is a great space. Highly recommend.

Love staying at the Biddle. It’s in the center of campus, comfortable rooms, lots of options for food.
