Hotel is conveniently located across Mall of American South Gate and iHop and TGIF Fridays restaurant are both attached to the hotel . It only takes 5 mins to walk over to the mall .
Distance from Msp airport to hotel takes about 15 mins .
Room is relatively clean and simple. Basic needs are met.

Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast had many options and staff kept it stocked. Easy walk to Mall of America.

This was a fantastic experience for my family. We’ve stayed different places when traveling to MOA previously but we will be staying only here for now on. The walkway to the mall and restaurants attached to the hotel (one of them being 24hr service) provided convenience that is unmatched.

The location was great ! We were right across the street from the Mall of America. You can walk right over the skybridge and be in the Mall in like 5 minutes. The beds & couches were not very comfortable, but we were only in the room to sleep. The complimentary breakfast was fine for us, but there is an IHOP attached if you want something more.

Great service and location. Housekeeping failed to clean room the second night we stayed not sure why?

My daughter and I went for a weekend of shopping. I didn't realize it was the same weekend as the women's Big 10 basketball tournament and the hotel would be full. The service was excellent and it was very quiet. Our shower did not have hot water. They were unable to fix it as we didn't report it until 9:30 pm and it was a 2 hour job to fix it and they couldn't move us to another room so they made it right by adjusting our bill. Engineering and the front desk were very apologetic. We loved the convenience of walking to the mall and not having to worry about parking. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
