This place falsely advertised a free shuttle when they in fact do not have a shuttle at all. It is a very very loud building can hear everything and the swimming pool is like getting into the polar plunge in Minnesota winters and is extremely cold.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The sofa was nice since most rooms only include a chair. The breakfast had a lot of good options with plenty of seating. There wasn't much water pressure in the shower and the pool was cold. My biggest complaint was the lack of housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights and didn't have any service after the first night. We had to ask for clean towels. On the morning of check out, housekeeping showed up at 9 am.

The hotel is very modern and very close to the mall.the room set up was nice and the room was very comfortable. The staff we encountered were very nice and accommodating.

I booked a room for 2 queen beds for my family. I get to the hotel, and they have only rooms with one king bed and some terrible pullout. This is not what I paid for. They refused to give me a discount since it was prepaid. I would have never paid for a room if it wasn’t 2 beds. The hotel just blames orbitz. This is unacceptable.

This property is very beautiful and quiet. Will definitely go back again the staff was very nice.

It’s a rather new hotel but the 1st room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned. There were dirty dishes in the kitchenette with food left on the plates and none of the linens were changed. The desk clerk didn’t seem to believe me when I told her it wasn’t clean. Then, instead of sending someone up to me with keys to a different room and an apology, I had to traipse all the way down to the front desk with all of my luggage, wait in line AGAIN and deal with a clerk who felt it necessary to tell me again that the room was marked as “cleaned” on her computer. Still no apology. The 2nd room had clean linens and towels but the large island in the kitchenette hadn’t been cleaned and the full length mirror was dirty and covered with smudges. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because they offered a shuttle. When I called directly from the airport, I was told that the shuttle wasn’t available so I spent $35 on Uber. At the front desk, the clerk placed my name on a list for a shuttle to the airport the next day but around midnight, I received a phone call saying that the shuttle for the next day was full. So much for a free shuttle! And I had to pay Uber again to get back to the airport on time for my flight.

This was my first time staying here, and it was for business. My room was decent, and the bed was comfortable. Upon first coming in the room, it did have an odor, but I couldn't detect what it was. Almost like a smokiness. I had gone to put a drink in the mini fridge when I noticed there was food (looked like pasta sauce) on the cabinets, and there was something smashed on the desk top area that was stuck there. I could hear everything from the room next door. I had asked the gal at the front desk (Tuesday night the 23rd second shift) if there was a portable fan available, I could use in my room to help drown some of the noise next door out, and she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her from being on her phone and asking a stupid question. She said "No" and we left it at that. I did have a drink at the bar that same night and the bartender was nice and friendly. The pool was nice, but there was some food on the floor and no towels, so I brought one form my room to use. The gym was really nice. The rest of the staff I dealt with (upon checking in and leaving) were all very nice. I would stay again, but there are a few things to improve on.

Worst hotel experience ever in over 60 years of travel. The room we were assigned to had not been cleaned, sheets on the bed were in a pile, used towels on the floor. We were given another room. In that room the bathroom had not been cleaned, no soap, and the toilet did not work. We were told that there were no other rooms available, that we would have to use the rest rooms in the lobby. A terrible night. Then, in the morning, we were supposed to take the shuttle to the airport, but we were told that they did not have a driver that morning, so they called a cab for us, WHICH WE HAD TO PAY FOR. Lowest possible rating for this crappy hotel.
