I was given an accessible room because they said that was the only room available. On getting into the room, the bed was very small, not the size of a double bed but a bit bigger than a single bed. Two of us could not sleep on it comfortably, so we asked for a spare one but were told there was none. The room as no air conditioning in this hot weather, we only had a table fan on the table. We asked if we could get a refund and look for another hotel to stay at. We were then told that it's gone past 1pm which was the refund window time, we had no choice but to cram ourselves on the small bed until the next morning. I was not able to sleep, i was just watching the tv till it was daylight. My one night of sleep out and rest was destroyed by Premier Inn, I will not be using them ever again.

When I arrived at the hotel I was in a little bit of a panic to say the least having been without my phone, ID, cards, cash and any means paying for anything that wasn't prebooked. Byron was very helpful in reception getting me sorted and ensuring I was able to have something to eat and drink. That kind of help is not forgotten and I hope you appreciate what a credit such a kind, considerate and helpful individual is for to your team. It helped alleviate the stresses considerably.

Ideal sized room was clean and comfortable. On reception Chris, Raj and Leah were very friendly and cooperative. Noisy train 50m away

I had nice stay with my boyfriend. We are delighted with atmosphere and room was tidy and wonderful breakfast. Thanks 🙂

Stay away from premier inn sittingbourne in hot weather is horrendos it never got below 29 degrees. And you only have a very small gap in window as it won’t open more than 4 inches they give you a very small fan but it’s hope less in that heat all it does is blow around hot air ,We booked for two nights we had boys on floor when we arrived not hovered properly and the next day bondad towels or vacunes wasn’t find and we had poo nappies in bin we had to put them out in the corridoor wasn’t impressed no one should be left with a baby and small children in the hot rooms and not Bea le to open the windows more baby had runa next day did to very hot room we were all excusted ruines weekend

I did a cycling event called chase the sun which is over 200miles from coast to coast on the longest day of the year. A lot of preparation has gone into the training and logistics to get to this point. My wife and I arrived an hour and a half before check in and they mentioned that they weren't ready for us to check in yet. We went to restaurant across to get some lunch and checked in after. I booked for a 2 night stay. When we got into the room the first thing I noticed was that there was only two sachets of tea and coffee and no fridge to put things in. I went to the reception and as I got there I saw there was a tray full of sugar,milk,coffee and teas and mentioned to the reception lady that we didn't have any cups and not enough tea/coffee for a two night stay. She said that I could help myself to the items that I needed which I did, but that there also should have been cups in the room. I informed her that there was none and she apologised and went to fetch some for me. I went back to the room and had a 70page print out of my route that I needed to go through. I lied on the bed and turned the light on for my side of the bed only to notice that there is no light bulb in it. Back to the reception I went and once again apologies was made but she did not have access to the light bulbs and mentioned it will be corrected the next day. What really got me though is the following: The room is so hot and humid and there is only a heater to supplement for winter time but no fan or AC for summer. No fridge to store basic items like water/milk. The most basics of tv channels and just a few of them worked and the ones that did work the pictures were all wonky. There was still water marks on the shower screen in the bathroom and taps. The rubber on the shower screen was pink from all the bacteria forming and there was cobwebs in the bathroom. All in all the staff was friendly, but there is clearly standards that need to be checked especially if someone spends £250 for a stay it leaves a bad taste in ones mouth.

It was a hot week and we all know it was unusual. But the air conditioning didn't work, they only had some fans so some had to suffer. I had to purchase my own fan to make the room just bareable and smart comments form a staff member did not help the situation.

The room was lovely, very clean and the beds were SO comfy. Our only gripes would be the internet and signal was pretty terrible and it was soo hot in the rooms. There was no air conditioning. At night it was 17 degrees outside and 29 degrees in our room. They had provided a fan but it was just blowing hot air around.
