The staff is very friendly and helpfull.
The room is big. The bed is confortable.
The area can be noisy in the morning, due to the traffic jump.
The hotel is good but some maintenance must be done: faucet was not well fixed and the sink was clogged.
The breakfast is ok, although the time is not respected (the person responsible for preparing the hot dishes was never present at the 6:30). Many guest were there for business trip, so they take breakfast early in the morning.

Overall very modern, nice rooms and location. Some fixtures are worn in the room and need to be replaced. Shower leaks water on bathroom floor.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here & it’s progressive gotten worse each time. It’s hard to believe that after opening in 2018 it’s in such poor condition & not well maintained. We stayed in a jr ocean view suite & there were water damage stains on the walls, the windows were filthy, paint splatter all over the room, cracked windows & the sliding glass door of the balcony was broken. The condition of the inside pool is terrible w/ broken tile, the tvs removed & bar closed. The outside pool was closed & in similar conditions. The overall customer service is very disappointing. Although they are “nice” they don’t offer any help or compensation when rooms are not ready in time or there are other inconveniences. I expect more from Marriott & a 4 star hotel. This is definitely the last time we will stay here because it’s definitely not worth the price.
