Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton, Curio Collection by Hilton

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty. Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone. The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests, their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel to anyone seeking a delightful getaway. This property is listed as an upgraded hotel. This property has not been updated for it has to be 30 or 40 years. It is very dirty. I would not walk on the rug with bare feet. The bathroom and tile were missing caulking. The manager on duty Kendra was so aloof she was bordering on rude. Do not book a stay here

The room we stayed in had a great view! However, there was no soap bars or handsoap to wash our hands with, no liners in the trash, and ants all over the sink area. The shower smelled of mildew, and parking was atrocious as if you HAD to get Valet. For the price that was paid, things could have been a lot better.

Rooms are cheap looking. Desk chair was a crappy metal stacking chair, desk and dresser also pieces of junk. Room darkening shade very difficult to pull up and down. Gym is dirty and equipment old and not maintained. One of the tread mills has a ripped tread. Trash on the floor. I told the front desk it needed cleaning and two days later same trash still on the floor. Inadequate parking. Only good thing I can say is that the restaurant has good food and service. Also, chairs, umbrellas and towels available to take to beach which is an 8 minute walk away.

The property overlooks a noisy road which can be heard inside the rooms. Also poor sounds insulation between rooms.

I asked the hotel for a quiet room shortly after I book - early morning flight/late arrival/only in the hotel to sleep...and they overbook hotel and put me in room facing a loud road – I asked for so little, just a quiet room - and Waterstone couldn't deliver this and therefore I got little sleep following nearly 24-hour travel day and then an all-day conference - really disappointing experience. The only redeeming part of the hotel was a hotel worker named George - his colleagues could learn a great deal from this individual's enthusiasm/friendliness - he is a great asset to the hotel. Nevertheless, the noisy room just made the entire hotel experience highly disappointing.

They call this a resort. It is the furthest thing from a resort that I can imagine. The hotel was filthy. Don’t waste your time or money.

Although it is common in older South Florida properties, the hotel is weathered and there was spackle on the wall in the room.

Well the shower drain was plugged, the heater in are room didn't work, and the room smelled like burnt pot. When i told the manager he said I'll get someone on it. They came back and said shower was fixed and the heater was turned off. As for the smell he couldn't determine if it was are room or the one be t door.
