The room is big, the bathroom is big, the view outside the window is great, the breakfast is good, there are many Chinese people living here, it should be a good choice...

Good •Good breakfast. They made us a vegan breakfast, even when they don't normally offer vegan options; but it was the same every day. •Cleaning and daily amenities. (Although in the ”cons” I detail the issue of cleaning) •Excellent service. All the staff are more than helpful and resolutive. •The Internet connection is good and stable. We were working 8 hours a day and we had no problems. ATTENTION HERE because we asked to change a room with a better view and when they changed us, there was no internet, so we had to go back to where we were before. So, keep in mind that there are apartments with no Wi-Fi. •24h reception •Very quiet. There's no noise. This gave us a lot of quality of life and more coming from the noise hell that there was in the accommodation in Playa del Carmen. •Spacious. Enough space for storage and put the suitcases. •Good workspace. (desk and confortable chair) •Spa. However, there are restrictions to use the spa Bad: •The kitchen has less than the basics and that is a problem if you expect to cook during your stay because, even if you complain, they will not be able to bring you everything you need. In my case, for example, I needed a pasta strainer, bowls and a good knife and they said they didn't have them. •The gym is small and does not have much. •The apartments are cold and don’t have heating. The only way they solve it is by giving you a blanket. •Regarding cleanliness: I do not like that the floor of the room is covered by a carpet; also, the carpet was completely disgusting. In addition, the utensils they used to clean were more dirty than clean. The surfaces and the bathroom were always very clean, but the floors were not. It is very important to take care of cleaning, disinfection and vacuuming very well, especially when the accommodation accepts pets and considering that we are still living in a pandemic. In conclusion, we had a good stay although perhaps I would recommend it more for a short stay. By the end I was already a bit upset by the carpet and the little glitches. But for the offer that there is and the quality / price ratio that you can find, it is not bad. What is certain is that the hotel would gain a lot of potential if it remodeled the apartments (I think it needs urgent restoration).

I love this place. I don't know why it's not more popular on TA. The location in Chapinero is terrific. The breakfast is fine. It's actually great for a budget hotel. It's within walking distance of Teatron and other *** clubs. It's the perfect place for sleeping, showering, and freshening up. Just the basics. Be sure to take a room with a view on a high floor! The only downside is there is no A/C in the room itself and the windows don't open. Wifi seems to always work fine.

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. I stayed for 2 nights as part of the trip to Colombia. Hotel is very nicely and conveniently located in El Retiro district of Bogota, to be even more precise in Zone T - which is the most luxurious area in Bogota with a lot of luxury hotels, fancy restaurants and shopping malls. I would say location and price are 2 best things about this hotel, as in all other terms it is just average business hotel - definitely not a destination for romantic getaway, however more than enough to just spend 2 nights exploring Bogota. Historic center and Monserrat mountain are 20-25 min by car and Airport is more or less same distance (without traffic) which considering the size of Bogota is quite close :) Rooms are clean and quite spacious, Privilege rooms (to which I was upgraded as ALL Platinum member) have bathrobes and slippers, views can be different depending on which direction your room is facing - mine despite being Privilege room was facing the other building which was not very appealing. Breakfast is just average - they cook omelet which is very good and have some fruit selection - otherwise not a huge variety. Hotel doesn't have restaurant - only breakfast room and small nice bar in the lobby, which though is serving limited list of drinks (however the barmen, apologies forgot the name was really nice guy). They also have small gym on the last floor as well as sauna. Overall, I can recommend hotel for those just looking for the place to sleep for 1-2 nights as location is really great and price reasonable, while definitely not for longer stays and not for any couples or family trips.

Excellent attention, the breakfast is amazing, the prices are good and the overall experience was very good to me. Excellent staff at the reception and very nice attention. I was glad to have chosen this hotel. The location is also an excellent one.

Some of the staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, other staff was quite rude. For example, when I asked the gentleman at the front desk to copy my vaccine cards, he practically snatched them out of my hands without saying a word. After handing me my copies, he began to walk away while my cards were still sitting in the copy machine. I politely asked for ”mis tarjetas, por favor.” He walked back over, still silent, and I said simply, ”Esos son importantes.” He chuckled under his breath but still said nothing as he handed the cards back. It was as if he simply had no interest in bothering with them unless I asked. Then, after I paid for the copies, he went to look for my change (1,000 pesos). He then told me in an irritated tone that they didn't have any change. I simply said, ”No es importante.” Throughout the whole interaction, he acted very rushed and inconvenienced, as if I was imposing on him, and he never offered the slightest apology for forgetting my vaccine cards or not having any change. (They were not busy at the time; there were two people working behind the counter and no other guests in line. At least the other fellow was professional, unlike his colleague.) I'm aware that my Spanish is still at an intermediate level; however, if you're going to work in the hotel industry (down the street from the airport, in a capital city, no less), the least you could do is show some courtesy to your guests. (We don't have to speak Spanish to pick up on your passive aggressiveness.) Also, when I arrived there were no towels in the room. It took three requests over about 35-40 minutes to get some. Everyone I talked to seemed very professional and intent on taking care of it, but somehow no one delivered until the third attempt. It was surprising, actually, because the room was immaculate and perfectly made up, except for having no towels of any kind. I enjoyed my dinner a lot, and the lady who waited on me was gracious and patient when conversing with me in Spanish. The restaurant took a few minutes to find, as there are two buildings, each with their own lobby, and the fellow at reception who checked me in didn't mention anything about the restaurant.

The room was clean and hygienic. The lobby had lemonade and tea. The domestic people were used to drinking hot water. They went to the restaurant to ask for hot water. They were very enthusiastic and prepared a large pot!

The hotel Andes Plaza is a really great hotel. The friendly customer service was excellent. All at reception were very friendly. Briteman gave that extra special attention and service. He constantly checked on me making sure everything was good. He helped set up my covid test. I also received friendly service in the hotel restaurant. Everyone was so friendly giving great service. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. This was my second time to stay in Hotel Andea Plaza and plan to return there again someday soon. I highly recommend Hotel Andes Plaza. The hotel is safe hotel and at a great location.
