The location seem safe. There is alway police and security guards patrolling. Many restaurants nearby.

Great location, friendly staff and good food. The only downside is that the wifi was working poorly on the 4th floor. Would stay again.

First of all, it must be clarified that the country has a cold or temperate climate does not mean that the rooms should not have air conditioning, even more so when it is a city with high levels of smoke and pollution, Second, if you have to open the windows to ventilate and have a better temperature, the hotel cannot be located in an area of high traffic or parties or night activity until almost 5am Every day. It really was a terrible experience this hotel and location, We have used NH for many years and it is the worst experience of all NH and other hotel chains.

Nice hotel in great area lots of restaurants and shopping with in walking distance. My only complaint is the bad was very hard for me

They air conditioning was broken. They don’t let you know before you get there sonyou can check other options. They you pay full price for something you don’t receive.
The curtains had a lot of dust.
The toilet was clogged.

Super well located hotel, comfortable bed, no AC, need some serious cosmetics, sofa with multiple stains, closet doors dirty, hair on the floor, TV not working properly. Staff was great, bathroom was good. Very different experience from NH WTC.

Wonderful staff, great location. Felt safe throughout the entire stay. Had an issue with the Fridge, but the replaced it.
