Pro: The hotel is in a very safe area of Bogota.
Cons: Never have I felt less welcomed into a hotel that this one. The receptionists (all of them) need to be trained on how to be welcoming and to be less judgmental. In addition, when we arrived none of the staff were wearing a uniform so it gave the hotel a very slobbish vibe. As we arrived early, we left our bags with the concierge who you would have mistaken for a guest of the hotel. I would not return to this hotel.

Good hotel overall....the gym is pretty decent and the spa also .... I recommend it 👌

I would recommend the mountain side instead of the street side. A bit quieter.

I am from Canada and stayed at this property from May 29th to June 5th. I felt safe and staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was safe and comfortable. Walking distance to everything.

It was okay staying at this hotel but it could have been better and breakfast was okay as well but everyday I stay there they were out of eggs or bacon or something and the choices were very limited so it was okay

The overall experience was very pleasant. Our room was huge and clean. We were surprised to notice that basic toiletries were not complimentary. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Don't get there late though or things won't be available. The service was excellent and the staff was polite and courteous.
