Great location! Walking distance from all shopping and restaurants . Also a very safe area. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. However, there is no AC in the building , might get a bit hot, so we needed to open the windows at night and you can hear EVERYTHING! Every car , every person walking down the street. I recommend the hotel to add fans to the rooms

Well first they said it's parking but they had the parking garage closed so there wasn't any parking so you had nowhere to park your car and second they were doing construction and it was very loud and you couldn't even hear yourself think because they were working on the parking garage and that was like all day long I understand that doing upgrade sometime come with noise but at the same time it was very inconvenient you couldn't even rest because the noise was so loud but other than that I guess I can't complain breakfast is good The front desk people are okay overall I stayed there before and I would have given it a five-star but this time I can only get it maybe two and a half stars because of the noise and there was no park this should put that on the website and let people know that there will be no parking because people drive their cars a long way to think there is going to be parking and there is not you should always let your customers know that and change your website so people will know there will be no parking

Made reservation and paid through **********. Was charged an additional 19% in Colombian taxes at the end of the stay. At the time of reservación payment, those extra tax charges did not show anywhere when we accepted to reserve thought **********. Seems customers are being deceived by ********** practice to hide extra taxes at the time of payment through their portal. Shame on you **********

The place was very nice The staff was very friendly I spoke English but they were very patient with me breakfast was excellent The apartment itself was excellent very clean very modern I would stay there again The only complaint was the Wi-Fi wasn't good which should be more of an easy fix for them I would like to stay there again especially if they fix the Wi-Fi problem

Carefull, after book you recive a message noticed that goverment will charge 19% extra for IVA tax, thats to much if you add it to the rate. must to be clear BEFORE book and pay.

Excellent property. Really liked very much. Excellent location and great breakfast. Just few points: Room has poor lighting for the closet, bathroom cabin. There is a clothes iron, but no ironing board, which is inconvenient. Also, there should be a shelf inside the bathroom cabin, so we can have our body care products. With those points fixed, I'm really sure this hotel could reach perfect ranking!
