At the check-in of this hotel, you are asked to sign a document where you are asked not to smoke in the rooms, make noise is forbidden ,etc. You will think that given the extra step at the check-in that they will enforce it. However guests are allowed to party, slam doors, speak loud at all hours of the evening and early morning in the hallways, and when you tell the manager, she denies it ever happened every single time. If sleeping and resting is important to you, avoid this place. Between the noise from the other guests, the noise of the car's elevator [Parking inside the hotel] and the noise coming from the street, you won't be able to have a good night sleep. I'm from Bogota and used to live in that area, but in my apartment, I didn't have to deal with that level of noise. Clearly the quality of the windows in this hotel is extremely poor. They have parking on site, but to reduce costs and space, they didn't do a ramp like buildings in Bogota normally do, but they have an elevator. The elevator is really noisy, so when cars are coming in and out of the facilities at all hours of the day and night, you can expect a lot of noise coming from the machinery of it. I had stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel in September 2021, and the host at the lobby used to help with calling the elevator so that the car will go to the main floor from the garage and back. The manager of this hotel refused to do that, even though she had the button an arm length away. She was expecting me to step out of the car once inside of the elevator, to push on the button. The same when you need to leave; the parking space is so limited, then you have to leave your car facing the elevator's door, step out, hit the button so that the elevator comes down, get in your car, step out again to hit the button so that the car can go up. They can do it all from the lobby, but the manager of this hotel decided that the staff couldn't. When I told her about this, when I was back she had placed the instructions on how to operate the elevator that weren't there back in September for 2 weeks, and weren't there for 1 week after my check-in now in December. Is it too much to ask to hit a button to the staff? I don't think so. I stayed there for 7 nights and only was able to "sleep" without too many interruptions 1 night. The intercom in my room wasn't working, so I couldn't call to the lobby about the party that was going on until 3:30am the night I checked-in. When I told the manager the next day, she denied that the intercom wasn't working. She sent the handyman to prove me wrong, but he found that the intercom wasn't not only not working, but unfixable, so he had to bring an intercom from another room. On top of that, as a consequence of the 1st two showers I took, all the water flooded the room's floor and even the hallway outside of my room. Again the Manager denied there was a problem with the shower. So she was expecting me to have that issue for 9 days straight and walk on water
