This is always a great place to stay when we visit Boise. Great location, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and superb staff.

No towel refill at the pool area. Loud at night we kept hearing doors open, saw in the morning our room was next to a staff only room so all night someone was going in and out

Room was great. Location of hotel was very convenient. Bed was a little too firm for what I am used to, plus the visitors above me were running around.

Stayed here a couple of times now. Staff is very friendly, rooms are nice and clean. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

The room wasn’t throughly cleaned from the previous guest. Breakfast could have been better. Pool is pretty cold.

Booked a king room with sofa and got two small doubles. We are tall people and need a king. The gave our room away.
Waited two different times 10 min for someone to come to the front desk.

Even though I had pre-paid for my reservation, I was informed that they were full and did not have the room available that I reserved. There was no explanation given as to how this could have happened. Me and my 5 kids were left in a panic at 10pm on a Friday night trying to find a place to stay. The nearest hotel that could accommodate the 6 of us was 53 miles away.
