Great location, walkable to everything, friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Was an okay stay. Seems to be a very old building that has been updated. Because of the age of the building there is a distinct musty smell all around the hotel. Average hotel being presented as a Luxury hotel. It just seemed a little grungy everywhere other than the lobby.

Got a deluxe kind room. Room size was OK but bathroom was small. The bathtub was small and the vent didn't work. They couldnt do anything about the vent and didn't have another option for room change. We ended up sleeping in a muggy room. They offered a fan but that would of just pushed the miggyness around with no windows to open or we would have to leave the door open which I was not comfortable with. Had a few ants in the drain of the sink and rust around the bathroom door so I'm not sure how long the vent hasn't been working. Food was OK but over expensive and I tried different mix drinks and didn't have a large selection and didn't like them. If you need a spot to rest it's fine but for my anniversary night I was not a fan.

My fav go to place. If da Grove doesn't have it, i can walk some place n get it. Very convenient n easy access to my fav watering hole

The parking garage caused problems. We were instructed that the elevator was not working so we were to use the valet. However, the garage was full and the valet was not available when we arrived. Then we saw that the elevator was not broken and we were able to park ourselves. But when we tried to leave the garage our room key would not let us out and we were required to pay an additional $20 (already paid at the service desk as the valet fee). Extremely frustrating.

The grove was a great hotel for our family getaway. The service was amazing. I wish the bathroom was little bit bigger, but it worked for us. The hot rub was lackluster, like a luke warm bath and needed water added and more jets. The sauna was amazing and the hotel overall was very clean! We would stay again.

The staff was amazing! From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everyone was always eager to assist with whatever we needed and everyone was so polite.
