I stayed in this Hotel on 18/04/2022. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. You will get a lot of dust everywhere. The handle of the shower was broken. The intercom was not working. The mini-fridge was only to show. That was totally nonfunctional and you have to run every time for anything after requesting several times they provided a dirty towel. In the restaurant, I was ashamed when my guest pebbles in rice. There was a time when this hotel was known for its values and service. But nowadays this is the worst hotel in Bokaro steel city.
