Our experience in the room was close to a disaster. There was absolutely no privacy in our room. The wall between us and the room next to us was so thin that we could hear the entire conversations. The guest next-door decided to play loud music until 2 AM. We called the reception 4 times and yet it took them more then one hour to turn it off. Was excited to sleep in in the morning, but the hotel was under going LOUD constructions in the room close to us starting at 8am.
I understand that hotels don’t have a legal obligation to inform their guest about constructions but I find it to be pure greed that hoteliers make the call to continue to sell rooms especially in areas where there is construction. Super disappointing hotel experience to an otherwise beautiful city.

I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange an airport shuttle for 4. The driver met us as we exited baggage claim with a sign. That took away much of the travel stress! (A huge que was at the taxi stand!)
The room was a family room with a bunk bed. Very clean & beautiful. Not cramped!
Great concierge! Checkig in & out processes were smooth. No unanticipated fees!
Awesome breakfast- cappuccino, croissants, cheeses, juices- delicious. Great service.
Easy walk throughout city. Nearby restaurants were delicious.
Would definitely stay here again!!!

This hotel was in a great location. 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 mins from the main Piazza. There were ample of nearby dining options and it was in a safe area. There is no parking onsite and it is in a restricted traffic area so beware that you risk a fine if you accidentally drive in the 'wrong' way. Staff were a bit stand-offish but overall it was good value for money

We have booked a juniorsuite. The person accompanying us to the room was very unfriendly. We arrived with 2 suitcases, to go to the suite you need to clombe several staircases. The suite is supposed to have a private sort of space on the patio. Our suite didn't had. For this price you can get better. Wouldn't choose the hotel again.
