The front desk associate was very friendly and the property was neat and clean room was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Need more parking. Construction trucks with trailers took up many spaces. Staff was very friendly.

I liked that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom floor was very dirty and was the carpet as well. Other then that the stay was good.

Great staff. Super friendly. Not much going on at the exit the hotel is, but it's quiet and has the essentials. Will stay again.

What I did not like is that they tried to sell us time share at check in them even called the unit to sell again. Waste of my time. On top of that I was expecting no down payment until check in. Nope they tried to charge me a week before the date and blamed on *******.

We had to come to Bonifay for a family gathering. After reading all the reviews, this was by far the best choice. It is much more expensive, a little bit more than double, but it is well worth the extra money if comfort matters to you. We were checked in by Heather who is really lovely and got us checked in super fast.
The beds were super comfortable, the sheets were great. The towels were new and fresh and the room was very modern. Had a great night sleep wonderful shower. There was a working refrigerator that kept everything cold . It got super cold, which was even better, the dial worked. There was a max cold and a little microwave! The TV I got no complaints. Ample plugs USB ports, unfortunately I had a USB-C cable but convenient plugs right next to the bed.
There was always hot coffee. And although we did not engage in the breakfast, the gal who is working, the breakfast bar kept it super clean, and it looked really inviting. If you’re going across the state and you got to stop this is a great choice.

Bathroom was not as clean, there was some hair in the tub and in the corners. It also smelled like mildew when we first entered the room.
