Comfortable and clean. Value for the price of stay and near everything

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I also loved the lemonade and snacks offered at the front desk.
What I did not love was being checked in by someone on a screen. I would have much preferred a check in person. This new check in process was very slow and there was a line up all the time(nothing against the person at the other end located who knows where. The other negative was the breakfast coffee. It only dispensed a little bit at a time so you had to keep pressing the button and you could not just hold it fown.

Dirty, needs tons of repairs and general maintenance. Holes in walls that had been patched but not repainted. Pipes in bathrooms loose and coming out of the wall

No one was present when I checked in. Just a computer screen with guy in India to greet you. The room was clean but sparse.

There was a mixup about my reservation. Instead of resolving the problem, I was told to wait until after 3pm when I could book a new reservation. In the meantime, I was forced out of my room from the previous night.
I was not alone, I met another guest with the SAME PROBLEM at the front desk. He was told to wait by the pool! We had to negotiate for our own rooms back. FORGOT TO MENTION, PLENTY OF ROOMS AVAILABLE........HOTEL WAS NOT BOOKED FULL!!!

There was not a human being at the front desk. There was a kiosk connected to a center in India. Although it was friendly and efficient, it was disconcerting that there was no staff on property

The check electronically was interesting but went well! Room seened clean - our window covering kept jamming up but no big deal. Internet and tv was good!

Unhelpful rude remote staff. No one on site to explain charges and answer questions about check in. Poor service.

There is nobody at the counter, it is a virtual clerk from abroad; it works but it is so impersonal. Since nobody is there, it also does not feel safe, anybody can walk in and go unnoticed. No water provided, no safe. Internet slow enough where no streaming service could be used at all.
