Two Seasons Boracay Resort

We really loved our stay here. Good food, comfortable rooms, great service and beautiful beach front. The pool was a bit small but not really an issue since the beach front was awesome! Thank you!

Everything was perfect. Location of the hotel, staff are so helpful, very clean rooms and beautiful food served from breakfast through until dinner. Everything we asked for was easily organised. We needed interconnected rooms which were waiting for us when we arrived.

A very accommodating, excellent service and well-trained staff, and the best pizza in boracay!! kudos to the one who made the pizza t'was the best pizza I have ever taste. Special thanks to Ms. Karylle she deserve a recognition for assisting us from the very start, our stay is smooth and the location is the best!! I don't have to walk more just to see the Golden Hour (sunset) of Boracay, my family is happy and will definitely go back and refer this to my friends. ♥️♥️

Pictures are deceiving People you have this hotel a good review has no idea what to compare with as 10 times better hotels with lower price than this one. I was disappointed because I had a situation. Where my mom is semi paralyzed due to a stroke and I was very careful where I can book, but because I was not familiar with the hotel, I called and ask if there a possibility to have a room on the first floor and any room closer to the elevator. Nor that I got a room on the first floor after booked 6 months in advance they did not advise me that they don’t have elevator… well Guess what? Pretty rough stay with an elderly disable mom. The floor on the hall was always wet from people coming out from the swimming pool and sand all over making super slippery. The pictures looks great but reality it was a narrow hotel cramped up. The hotel front desk girls were not helpful at all with some kind of attitude. But I will vouch for the other staff males around that try to help My mom. But getting my mom up the stairs was incredibly an inconvenience. If I would have known I would made other arrangements. Super upset. I feel bad writing this bad review due to the rest of the staff was great. I would fired the front desk and management. Here is an issue that blows my mind. I extended my stay in Boracay and ask for the first floor. They only had a junior suite on 3rd floor. Even worst… so I asked to stay at the room I am staying on 2nd floor and I will pay the price of junior suite. You know they said … my room was booked… I said give my junior suite that I will pay and the other guest can get upgraded under my expense. The front desk said no. Soooooo disappointed. Decided to change hotel to Henann garden resort Paying $109 a night and this 2 star hotel I paid $139 a night. Never coming back to this hotel again… or would I refer this place to anyone. Unfortunately . I am getting a group of 30 people coming next year They just lost my business.

Two Seasons is a comfortable hotel. I like the finish of their pool. It isn't too rough on the skin and not slippery either. The staff were awesome during our short stay too. We love the location. It is perfect for relaxation. I love how their toilet looks too. I appreciate the hanging area in the pocket garden though not the smell coming from it.

We booked direct, and the whole process was quick and efficient. They also gave options on transport. We used the private transfer with SouthWest to avoid all the queues and hassle - see separate review. The overall impression I came away with was efficiency, organisation and friendliness. Everything got done, people were extremely friendly, and there was no waiting around for anything. Food was to a very high standard, both for breakfast and dinner, with plenty to suit all tastes. Sun beds were not too plentiful, but were reserved for in-house guests. Easy 15 minute walk to more restaurants and all the boating activities down the beach. Highly recommended.

Staff fabulous, friendly. Bella at reception was great as was the staff at the restaurant. The food was just average. Staff needs training on how to handle food orders faster and in sequence. I got my soup last. But boy their enthusiasm won me over and I ended up tipping them handsomely. Berla the massage therapist was excellent and I used her 4 days in a row. So I would say guys improve the food and not make it so Filipino which as everyone knows is aweful. Use less salt and vinegar. Provide a proper salt shaker for breakfast instead of a little bowl of salt. The breakfast soups were excellent if a little salty. So overall a very good hotel and they have really great staff that need a little fine tuning. But I was blown away by thier enthusiasm.

Staff was amazing, food at the restaurant really good, and family size rooms were clean roomie.
