Çok güzel bir otel. Kullanışlı ve temiz. Personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Harika bir ev bakımı. Otel, havuzun ortasında çok sayıda yüzme olanağı ve bar sunmaktadır. Yüzerken çeşitli içecekler içmek için güzel fırsatlara sahip olacaktır.
Ancak, olanaklar sağlama konusunda bazı eksiklikler buldum. 3 kişilik oda ayırttım ama olanaklar yeterli değildi. Bunları sağlamak için her zaman istemek zorundayım. Banyoda bazı karıncalar buldum. Kahvaltı yaparken çok fazla kalabalık oluyor. Hareket için yeterli alan yok. Bazı durumlarda duş alırken sıcak su olmuyor. Daha sonra düzeltildi. Ütü masasının çalışır durumda olmadığını ve kullanımının çok zor olduğunu gördüm.

Henann Lagoon is a worth place to stay. The place is clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Also their buffet breakfast was superb. A lot of variety to choose from likewise their food from their restaurant was delicious.

Such a beautiful hotel ! It’s actually a part of a chain which is convenient because you’re allowed to access the amenities of the other hotels, which is especially convenient for the one regency branch as they have the beach front and spa. The location is okay. You do need to walk maybe 5 minutes to get to the beach but that’s not a problem.

We had the best time in Boracay and that includes our accommodation. Great service, good food, clean room and good location. 🥰 we will surely come back and stay in Hennan again.

I had a lovely 4 night stay at Henann Lagoon resort. The location is pretty good. You are in a walking distance to the beach and D’Mall. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I’ve ever had. The Henann resorts also have lunch and dinner buffets on at their various locations which were fantastic. The room was lovely and had a bath and balcony. A water jug is provided and each floor has a filling station which is a great plus. Prepare yourself upon arrival as they request a prefect hefty deposit to be paid upfront. After some moaning the staff did accommodate my request of just holding my card number.

Staff was very friendly and above far my expectation.

The Henann Lagoon hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming. Initially, as a party of 3 friends, we were asked to pay a slightly unreasonable deposit for a 3-night stay of 6,000 pesos per person (2,000 per night), which we managed to negotiate down.
The pool area was spacious and peaceful with an excellent pool bar service. Location was just set back a few streets from the sea front - which would have been ideal - but only around an 8-10 min walk.
Would definitely recommend to friends and couples for a private and relaxing stay.

Room - We booked the room with pool access. It was very convenient. It had a massive bathroom with a huge bathtub but we weren’t able to use it. The bed is comfy. They provide slippers and bathrobes.
Staff - everyone’s super friendly. They greet you with a smile and they show enthusiasm whenever we request for anything.
Food - breakfast is amazing. We were at the Hennan Lounge as it came with the room booking and there were less people. The food is filling. We also like the room service.
Location - this is in station 2 along the road. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. They can give you towels which you can use on the lounge chairs reserved exclusively for Hennan guests.
We had a lot of fun and we wanted to extend but we can’t due to time constraint. The place was relaxing. The pool looks pretty and will entice you to swim. All in all I have nothing negative to say.
