Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort

Ok ung facilities, actually this is our second time booking this hotel. The last time was on August of this year We stayed here again for two days on Nov last week.The breakfast is superb mas nag improve pa. There are two pools here the first one is located on the ground and the other on is on the 6th floor which is the Skydeck pool bar .This pool in Boracay, located in the 6th floor can allow you to swim until 11pm-12 I think.The only problem on the room we stayed was ung cr may amoy sya.All in all 👍 Hopefully mgawaan nila solusyon ung mga cr mga room na allocated sa beachfront which is desig!nated sa beachfront.Thank you Boracay Ocean Club

I stayed at this location for 4 nights, I asked everyday and pushed the button to have the room serviced. On my last full day there, asked again and went on a tour. To find out it still was not cleaned, I found the cleaning person and asked them for a few things. Clean towels Waters for the room Body wash ... There was no lotion, shower caps or shaving kits. My room had 3 roosters..... adding to that was construction going on EVERYDAY, the page did not state their would be construction nor did the staff let me know from what to when the construction would start and end ..... so sleep was ok, if you're use your phone on high volume to drown out the.... everything There was piles of food right next to my room, like kt was stached until the morning Cree. The breakfast was, a 3 out of 10.... pass on it The staff was very friendly

Pretty quiet around the area but the hotel itself is the only party place in station 3. Not too many things to do around. You have to walk all the way to station 2 if you want to have some fun. Breakfast was not great but just ok. Options should be added. Room was nice and they upgraded us for free, which I think was very nice of them. Only concern was the toilet has water come out of the gutters which I had to clean and dry every once in a while. Safe wasn't working as well as there was no battery. Reported all this but nothing was done. Besides that everything else was great! Boracay is getting expensive compared to a few years ago. That includes the food and the activities. But I would still go back.

friendly staff, very accomodating I love the Infinity pool at the 6th floor. I love the fire dance every night. I will recommend it.

Maganda yung facilities. very accommodating and approachable ang mga staff. Sulit ang complimentary Breakfast at masarap. Keep up the good work! ☺️

Stayed 3 nights in Ocean View Suite. 1st and 2nd half felt like two entirely different hotels. Do NOT stay on LEFT side of hotel (esp. rooms above Ocean Club restaurant). Above the restaurant is clearly an older building (no elevator, but only 3 floors); room was dated, they covered broken tiles with a small rug, bad outlets, and there's a rooster farm to LEFT side of hotel which was nonstop noise. We immediately asked to switch at check-in but unavailable. They agreed to switch us to RIGHT side the next day, so we stayed 1st night based on that. Roosters were nonstop from 2pm check-in until evening, and then started again at 3am. And yes, noise goes straight through the walls so you hear them all night and all day. The hotel also plays house/club music from 8pm til 10-11pm so you'll hear directly in your room as well. Unfortunately, they mixed up our room change on 2nd day... staff did make an effort to switch us to suite instead, but it's further back and does not have oceanfront patio. After a very disappointing amount of hassle and delay, we switched to Ocean View room on right side of hotel. New room was much newer, better facilities, clean, and no noise/great balcony privacy. Respect the local rooster vibe, but at that price point Ocean Club should really make customers more aware of the inconvenience that will result during the stay. Otherwise, if you're stuck on the left side it's a waste of money and could ruin your stay. 2nd half was fine, but first 36 hrs of our trip was wasted and they refused to negotiate/partial refund. Best to confirm your specific room in advance to avoid all the headaches; RIGHT side for the win. Side notes: - Nice rooftop infinity pool - Breakfast buffet with standard spread; polite wait staff - Poolside ground floor rooms looked nice, though no privacy on pool access room balconies - Stable wifi, worked fine for ongoing zoom/work calls

Great location, cool pool, brilliant sunsets. Highly recommended. Will be even better when the gym and spa reopens. Just be aware of ongoing renovation so sometimes banging can start early.

The premier rooms are much better if you want to relax but the breakfast buffet was quite chaotic and if you come later than 7:30 AM like 8AM they rarely refill the food.
