Oldukça temiz bir otel. Oda ya da oda dışındaki mekanlar her zaman bakım altında. Her çeşit et tüketmiyorsanız böreği ya da pizzayı yerken bile içinde ne olduğunu sormanız gerekiyor.Tatlı ve hamur çeşitleri oldukça başarılı; meyve ve salatalar da taze.Ancak ana yemekler çok fazla damak tadınıza, tercihinize uymayabilir.Zira hemen her şey domuz etiyle yapılmış.Adriyatik ziyareti yapmışken ben balık yemeyi tercih ettim. Temmuz ayında deniz suyu sıcaklığı 22° idi.Bu da soğuk deniz sevmeyenler için problem olabilir.Ama deniz son derece temiz, yüzerken bile onlarca balık görebilirsiniz.Otelin şezlong ve şemsiyeleri de yeterliydi. Hava oldukça temiz ve akşamları da serin.Klima hiç kullanışmadan rahatça uyunabilir.Odamızda balkon olmaması önemli bir eksiklikti.

Merhabalar Ben turkiyeden Budvaya tatile geldim hotelinizi ziyaret ettim.. acik bufe Fena degildi guzeldi Ama en guzeli garsondu.. sanirim Adi seyitti ....boyle garsona sahip oldunuz icin Sizi tebrik ederim butun konuda bana yardimci oldu tesekkur ederim

The decor of the hotel is grand but it is showing its age. Rooms had broken shower heads, missing bath plugs, stuck sink plugs, non working lamps and more.. The pool area and wellness suite are good but it was a mystery to all why, in the hottest week of the year so far, they wouldn't put out the sunloungers. Personally I prefer to be on the beach but others don't. The staff were severe in their manner and lacked good enough English skills given the predominance of English tourists in the area. Other hotels in Becici might suit you better.

Old building, poor WiFi, front staffs at the customer service were rude, not keen to welcome or cooperate with guests, language barrier, senior staff in the restaurant often shouted loud to junior staff in front of guests. Some cleaners were over powerful, we were told messy room or bed can cause extra charge. There is a bathtub but there isn’t plug hole so you can only take a shower. Bathtub is too high to climb and shower panel isn’t good either. Food buffet was lovely so many options. Convenient to get town by walk or by bus. Shop across the road is convenient for small snacks/foods/alcohols as bit overpriced on alcohol at the hotel.

I live in Budva and I am a regular guest at the hotel. In the summer in the aqua park and in the winter in the spa center and in the indoor pool. As for the staff, everything is perfect. Starting with the physiotherapist Miloš, who, if you are a fan of stronger massages, will give you responds, right down to the girls at the reception. The only problem is sometimes guests who don't have instilled etiquette about behavior in spa centers. The very loud conversation in the saunas and the Turkish bath is what bothers the most. All in all, a big plus for the service and the price..

This was my birthday trip and i needed the perfect getaway from work and the the Cold of England. This hotel provided me with exactly what I needed (Serenity). I am a Nigerian and my Taste buds are more Spicy and the Hotel food suited me perfectly. From the Chef to the waiters were very Professional. The Food is one of the best i have tasted and very Affordable. One particular Waiter Stood out for me, Her name is Christina. The loveliest Young lady i have come across. She made me comfortable and I always look forward to seeing her everyday. The Balkan Night on Saturday was the highlight of my stay. It talks about the Monte***** folklore. Another Thing i love about the hotel was the SPA and wellness. I loved My Massage by Physiotherapist Milos. Very Professional and i got Value for my money. This trip was worth every penny and i would definitely book this Hotel in the Future

Very very messy! Handled very dismissively. Even though you will have all inclusive, you cannot take water from the minibar - it is charged. The rooms are old, and when you go out to the balcony, it smells very, very bad, so you really won't be able to sit on the balcony! You can hear how the dryer is running in the next room or the water is being turned off... Only renovated rooms are normal here, and everything else is a tragedy. They only let you into the rooms at 14:00 and don't even offer to have lunch while you wait, even though they belong to you. In the restaurant, which is more like a canteen, the tablecloth is not changed since breakfast, so if something spills, it stays that way. They don't make friends with weight at all... by the way, everyone takes their seats in the morning, i.e. throw on towels and go back to the rooms and come back only around 12 p.m. The system is the same at the pool. In summary, the hotel is max 3* and that's only because of the food and renovated rooms, because if it wasn't for them, it would be even worse.

Based on great reviews we were waiting to visit this hotel. At first the service and personal are very unfriendly, show 0 effort. We arrived quite late with a child and were put to a wrong room - went back to the reception and asked the one what we paid for. For quite big hotel it has a little pool-therefore no available chairs. Also by the pool kids toys are forbidden, we were asked to put them away. For the towels you need to pay 20€ deposit for each. The hotel itself is quite okay, especially the premium room but the personal hasn’t made our stay here pleasant. Would not recommend this hotel with kids.

We were accommodated at the best hotel in Budva, Mediteran Resort & Spa At the reception are the nicest and kindest ladies, also the boys were very helpful in everything we asked! the rooms are very big and clean, the food is super good! in a word a wonderful choice !!!
