Genuine italian hotel in a cozy little town. Really big room with balcony viewing the mountains. Easy parking close to the hotel. Nice staff and a little SPA. We did not have dinner but breakfast was OK. No chairs on the balcony? Nice place for families, bikers and hikers.

Front desk staff are unprofessional, unresponsive. Service at this hotel is appalling. They should be shut down by the health dept, in addition to their horrific service, no regard whatsoever or consideration for safety measures. Plenty of better options in Bormio. Stay SAFE AND STAY AWAY.

This hotel is really lovely, please don't believe the reviews on here hammering this hotel . We are 5 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10-14years old staying for a week. Look its not the ritz, but its clean, the staff are lovely especially Carmen who works behind the bar, she is unbelievable at her job and takes so much pride in her service. The location is good for skiing although not much around in terms of restaurants etc. It is certainly good value for money and as a hotel we would definitely stay here again. It’s an hour away from Livigno and there is enough skiing here to get you through week, although not many runs for beginners. We have all had a really lovely time at Hotel Cristallo!

Hotel carino, vicino al centro. Camere pulite e spaziose. Ristorante ottimo, cibo molto buono. I camerieri tutti bravi e gentili.... L unica cosa che il caposala era gentile e simpatico solo con i clienti, mentre con i camerieri lo era un po' meno... Li ha sgridati più volte per futili motivi davanti a tutti. Non posso giudicare la parte spa in quanto non l ho utilizzata. Complessivamente è stata un ottima vacanza. Ci ritornerò.

Abbiamo dormito in questo hotel di Bormio, camere pulite e carine specialmente la superior mansardata con due abbaini con vista sulle montagne circostanti, non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa in omaggio per problemi di traffico per raggiungere l' hotel. Il ristorante era chiuso, buona prima colazione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

Posizione centrale a pochi passi dal centro e 5’ in auto dalle terme bagni vecchi. Camera mansardatq all’ultimo piano davvero molto carina e con vista sulle montagne innevate. Colazione ricca e abbondante sia dolce che salata, personale cordiale e preparato. Sicuramente ci ritornerò!!

Ottima accoglienza e una bella struttura moderna e accogliente,con camere molto confortevoli e arredate con gusto...Molto pulito... Ottima la colazione e la cena...da gustare assolutamente...Un saluto 👋 a tutti i camerieri, che sono gentilissimi e alo staff Ringrazio tutti e spero di poter ritornare.. Un abbraccio a Cristal 🐈🐈❤️...!!!

Sono stata nei giorni delle vacanze di pasqua, la camera era bella e grande, un letto matrimoniale e un lettino non comodissimo ma sempre buono, il cibo era buonissimo! Abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione, personale super simpatico e sempre a disposizione. La vista della camera era molto bella essendo che era sulle montagne ancora innevate. La sera c’era un bellissimo karaoke dove abbiamo cantato, ballato divertendoci e facendo conoscenza anche con altre persone. Super consigliato!

Ottimo hotel completo di tutti i servizi utili a rendere piacevole il soggiorno: bar con sala relax e ristorante al piano terra, piccola palestra attrezzata e SPA con sauna, bagno turco ed idromassaggio all'interrato, dove si trova anche l'ampio garage (a pagamento) ed il deposito sci. Impianti di risalita non distanti, ma neanche troppo vicini: manca il caos del viavai degli sciatori, ma tanto il centro di Bormio, quanto gli impianti sono a due passi. La matrimoniale che abbiamo utilizzato era in realtà un ampio monolocale con possibilità di cucina (non previsto dalla mia prenotazione). Consigliatissimo.
