這就是**的酒店，交通十分便利。性價比還不錯。停車不收費，但是要額外給度假村費。 酒店衞生還不錯，房間很大。

The horseshoe was great! However, ******* charged my credit card but we paid in full with my husbands card at checkin. So we were double charged for the room by *******.

What can I say, it's the Horseshoe, a fantastic place to stay. The only downside is that they don't have anything to eat open after (I think) 11 PM - but the restaurants are affordable and solid.
The absolute cleanliness of the room was outstanding. After having such a great experience, I'm afraid of staying anywhere else because this was such a pleasant experience.

The king room only had 3 pillows and they were small and flat I asked for more and was told they didn’t have anymore. The valet got in our truck and ask my wife “what would you do if I just drove off with you and this truck
The stopper was broken in the tub and the shower tub selector handle was also broken

The Concierge service was non existing.
I received a text about letting them know if I needed anything. I answered by saying you can clean our room after 10 a m, but nobody came. Too bad because they lost out on a tip I left on the bed.
