Pas de climatisation, chambre chaude!!
1heure à régler le problème : ouvrir la fenêtre car pas de climatisation dans l’hôtel
Cela fait 15j qu’ils attendent l’entreprise pour allumer la Clim de l’établissement 🥹
Le service client de trip fermait !
Très mauvaise première expérience avec trip!
Le vol les bagages étaient inclus à la réservation mais plus de bagages sur le billet…très mauvaise surprise aussi! Ça fait beaucoup pour 4 j !

The hotel is warm and close to airport, I stayed nighter of 4 th and then 8th December, in first room there were many different languages on the TV, on second stay there was only French, the other channels had not been tuned !!! Sheer laziness on behalf of the installer. At breakfast I took some cold meats, and in the ham there was a piece of plastic, see photo, I called the waitress over she took the plastic and said ‘Ah OK désolée’ then disappeared into the kitchen with it…. At no stage did she check the rest of the ham out in the restaurant… no offer to change my plate nothing……. On checking out I saw who I assume was the manager, I told her what had happened, no apology she just said ‘I will have a word with the waitress’ … that was it

Nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff,very good bedrooms and shower room with coffe machine and shower products etc in the bathroom, also perfect for the airport, 5 mins walk

Excellent hotel close to the airport.
The restaurant offered multiple food choices and a very good breakfast.
The staff were very helpful, I enjoyed my stay.

Overnight stay before flight home.
Everything was fine, except for the lack of breakfast tea in the room!
