Travel to main attractions. Metro 12 mins walk away.
Little issue at check in but nothing that staff could not rectify without any hassle.
Stayed in superior suite. Very basic. Clean. Maid service daily, however no bin change.

L’emplacement et la propreté rien à redire
Par contre les joints des fenêtres devraient peut être revus. Air froid, odeur de cigarettes et bruit très audible du restaurant d’en dessous jusqu’à 1h30

Très bon hôtel, mis à part le problème de lavabo bouché qui a été réglé que au bout de 2 jours.

It's a rather tired apart-hotel, which is however quite alright if your goal is to attend an event in a walking distance from that hotel (which was our case). Pros: - location (when applicable) - functional rooms - not too noisy Cons: - staff was not really into customer service (could be they were tired though - we were checking in late in the evening) - the hotel could definitely use a bit of renovation

stayed in the studio for a match at PSG. good enough for one night. clean and spartan. no facilities and the kitchen does not even include a cloth to clean up. location is quiet. 10mins walk to stadium. with places to eat drink within a few minutes near train station. Hotel attached bar closes at 9.30 so be aware. Orly airport - youll have to get a taxi as well over an hour otherwise and too many changes. nice to have the small kitchen element if thats what your after b

I am very disappointed with this stay. (I stayed for six nights). I stayed at the hotels under this hotel chain a few times in different countries before. I could say that this time was the worst so far. The room was very dirty. There was a lot of dust everywhere. The room and other furnitures/equipments/carpet really need renovation and replacement. They cleaned only bathroom and bedroom but did not clean living room and kitchen. I did not know why. We had to change to room because the air conditioning in the bedroom was not working and we had to ask them three times to get the answer that I had to wait for some parts and repairing!! The new room also had a problem with the washing basin and hair-dryer in the bathroom. Wondered why they did not check the room before let the guests checked-in. Some staff were not friendly. I went to Paris 3-4 times before. This time was the worst experience so far. Only good point is the location that is quiet and safe.
