Reception helpful. Location itself great. Room with a Seaview was lovely and room itself clean and comfortable! However on arrival there were a group of homeless people with a small camp set up outside, this wasn't an issue until the evening/night and early hours. There was noise ALL night. I went out to our balcony at 3am to see 4/5 people below singing, drinking and from the smell smoking *****. This continued right until the sun came up. I am unsure if at this time of year the hostel provides settle for those without homes however I would definitely consider booking somewhere else next time or if I had the children with us.

Disappointed as Premier Inn usually delivers a good standard. Place needs a complete refurb. Room was ok and bed comfortable however, bathroom was grubby and shower head broken. Restaurant for breakfast was also grubby, staff ok but not really interested. Wasn’t expensive and only needed it to sleep so didn’t mess up the trip but if going to Bournemouth again I wouldn’t stay here until it’s been refurbished.

Really friendly and efficient staff. Luggage stored for the day. Sea view :) Fantastic meal deal and brilliant service in the restaurant. Staff couldn’t be more attentive and helpful. Such an enjoyable experience. Bournemouth is a fantastic place to visit and explore.

We had an excellent 2 night stay last week. So love it here we have visited many times. Matt on reception is brilliant, always a warm cheerful welcome & looked after us throughtout our stay. All the staff are very good, comfy beds. Premier inn overlooks the sea, gardens and town, everything is close. We booked a sea view room what a fantastic view! Can't wait to stay again 5 out of 5 well deserved. Thank you Matt & all at Premier Inn.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its location is excellent with a view of the sea, everything was very clean and tidy, the service was excellent from Laura Mastrantonio, she is very charismatic and friendly, I would definitely repeat the experience at the hotel. 100% recommended.

Excellent service from the workers and maintenance staff The location of the hotel was excellent, the breakfast was very good, the only bad thing was the weather in the town, it was rainy, but everything was very good The hotel needs parking for the convenience of its guests.

Max at the front desk was really helpful with great customer service he was quick to serve us and get us to my room. The room was everything I expected it to be so great work from the lady that cleaned it called rakita I would recommend this premier in to family and friends.

Had great service by Abhishek and an amazing breakfast Had a great accommodation with a balcony, nice cozy room Close to everything and walking distance to many attractions like the peir and many restaurants and bars Will definitely be back again

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach. My room was very clean not a thing to complain about thank you to Anna (cleaner) and Abhishek the server was very helpful in the cafe and with other enquiries I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend.
