Sleep Inn은 화려하지는 않아도 있어야 할 것은 다 갖춘 가성비 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 밤 늦게 도착했지만 직원이 친절하게 맞이해주었고, 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다.

The only complaint was that the hot breakfast did not include any eggs or meat. Only had a waffle making station. Everything else was cold. Otherwise it was enjoyable. Clean room.

Arrived late at night (midnight), had to be up at 7 am the following morning for our event. Used the restroom only to find the toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush. After receiving a plunger at the front desk when we went down to complain, went back to the room only to have toilet water splashed on me when trying to fix a problem that wasn’t ours to fix. Went back downstairs, in soaked pants, to demand to be moved. There was hesitation from the front desk until they realized my pants were soaked from working on THEIR problem. Got moved from a king to a double room. While the hotel was clean and conveniently located to our event, I highly doubt we stay here in the future. It’s not what you want to deal with when traveling and exhausted. Especially at the prices you have to pay for a hotel stay these days. Just a bad start to what should’ve been a simple, uneventful weekend stay.

Overall it was clean, quiet and comfortable but a bit overpriced. Two biggest complaints- 1, The handicap accessible p Tom we were assigned was in no way wheel chair accessible. 2. There was NOTHING for anyone who is gluten intolerant to eat at their breakfast area - not even instant oatmeal packets!

Stopped here on our way south to Gulf Shores, newer facility, easy in and out, close to the highway and gas stations. Not much for restaurants there but they are only a few minutes away. Very clean lobby and rooms, beds are comfortable as are the pillows. Breakfast was not great- they offered cold cereal or waffles, no pastries, oatmeal, eggs, bacon (the basics).

Clean hotel. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser were empty and wasps found in bathroom (4th floor). Otherwise, ok. One night stay.

Comfortable bed, mostly clean room. Breakfast is only cereal, waffles, or yogurt, so don't expect a full spread.

Hotel was awesome with Josh at front desk being the greatest help. I was told they had NO incidental fee and when we arrived they wanted us to pay $250 for 1 nt!!! How ridiculous!! Finally got that straightened out and I am sorry to say would not stay there again only due to FEE!!!

Excellent experience!
Immaculate room, very comfortable. Hotel was spotless as well. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back and would certainly recommend you to our friends and family.
